Late delivery, disappointed my grandchild
You were suppose to deliver on a Wedensday. You didn't deliver until Friday. The piggy banks I purchased for you were for my grandaugters Pre-K class (Grandparents day). The presentation was on Friday am...you didn't deliver until Friday PM. So I didn't have prizes for the children.

Antwoord van Windy City Novelties
We sincerely regret that your delivery was delayed due to the increased volume surrounding the holiday, resulting in you not receiving the piggy banks in time for your granddaughter’s Grandparents Day presentation.
We understand how important and meaningful this event was, and we are truly sorry for the disappointment this caused. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are reviewing our delivery process to help prevent similar delays during future holiday periods.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
