The products purchased by me were…
I want to know if we are moving forward with the resolution of my purchase or not.
The products purchased by me were shipped by a completely different person. I brought it to the Windy City Novelties and theynever returned my money or sent the products. It has been a couple of weeks and nothing from Windy City. Wouldn't recommend them for any reason. Mark Linton
I would like the products and as I mentioned in an earlier email, I would like it mail you to the post office that I gave you earlier today.

Antwoord van Windy City Novelties
We previously offered either a replacement or a refund after learning that FedEx changed the delivery address from your P.O. Box to a physical address without authorization. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. As we do not use the post office as delivery service.
At that time, you wanted to try retrieving the package yourself, so we have been waiting to hear back from you regarding whether you were able to retrieve it.
Please reply to our sales email with your order number, let us know if you were able to retrieve the package, and tell us whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. Once we receive your response, we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.
Perfect!
I'm not sure what day it arrived, but it arrived in time for our fireworks show. Product worked as it should. Even glowed for a second night.

Perfect products
Ordering is easy as description of products is spot on, eliminating the guess work. I have used several night golf products for past couple of years and quality has exceeded my expectations. Hugh improvement over other companies with similar products. Thank you for being so GREAT!!

Fun add ons to any party.
I’ve been making purchases with Windy City for years. Holidays, special occasions and they have been great. Orders are accurate and on time. Can’t beat the prices. Makes those occasions a little more fun. I will definitely order again in the future.

Many many smiles
I wish I could give you a star for every smile my autistic sister gave during our weekly FaceTime where she was happily showing and wearing one of the hats and boas I sent to her as an early birthday gift. Months of fun and signature style in a box. I won’t send any more boas (feathers everywhere) but the smiles were worth more than gold so I’m not sorry I included them this one time.

Windy City Novelties is always reliable.
Windy City Novelties had exactly what I was looking for; snaps or poppers as I like to call them. My grandkids love them, so I get enough to last the year. My supply ran out just before the fourth and although I didn’t expect to get them in time, I went ahead and ordered them from this place I had never ordered from before. To my surprise they were shipped next day and arrived two days before the fourth! That was with their standard shipping! I’m so impressed by this company. They were so efficient, and I will definitely be using them again!
