Federal Express is horrible, you should find a different delivery option. 2 attempts were made to deliver my order between 1 and 2pm, people work! If you're delivering something that requires a signature, you have to deliver when MOST adults are home. Then, I paid Fed Ex to schedule my delivery at a specific time and although I got a text every day that my order was out for delivery, it took them three additional days to finally deliver it, with no communication from them as to where my package was. So I'm home thinking my package is lost, stolen, who knows and I'm out over $200. Your company's response was that "once it's been shipped it's out of our hands." That is unacceptable. You have an OBLIGATION to your customers to be able to track the merchandise they've paid for until they receive it, so that if it is lost you can refund their $$$$$. That's called customer service, and it doesn't matter if it's $6 or $6000.

Ordered a bottle of wine picked Two day.Shipping which was more than the actual bottle of wine did not receive until 5 days later. Requested a refund for my 2 day shipping. I was told no, they did nothing to rectify the situation or make it better. Do not give these people your business. There are other places That will do better with your order

I found great price so ordered a case of wine, but never got the order, since it's alcohol and requiers signature from an adult, however I tried to contact the customer service to change address or maybe pick up at Fedex location, customer service didn't help at all to find a solution, just told me this is it! Beside customer service was rude and not friendly at all!! Zero help and none flexibility to find a solution or accommodate the situation and I got charged with restock fee for 30 % of what I paid ! Just felt very frustrated! Was not told that need signature when you check out , otherwise would have asked or scheduled delivery for Saturday or when someone is at home to sign the order , just though it was very unfair !!
