Wine Spies brings unique, top quality wines to me at a fraction of the retail cost. I love the variety available and the "locker" feature which allows me to accumulate bottles to receive free shipping. Their customer service is outstanding as well! I recently made a mistake in my order and they immediately jumped in and fixed it for me. I highly recommend Wine Spies! But just don't buy the limited bottles I want ... ;)

Wine Spies Makes it Right Again
I have been a customer of Wine Spies, for over 10 years and have always had great service. Living in south Florida, there is a small window in which we can ship wine and WS has been so accomodating during the long, (9 mo.) summers we have.
Recently, they ran a special to customers which was sent out hours after my last purchase. I contacted them and Agent Moscato responded quickly and credited me towards my next purchase. That made me happy.
While the wine is the reason I go to Wine Spies, the customer service, after the sale is why I stay.
Thanks again for bringing us the "good stuff" at great prices!

Ordered a case of wine on March 9, as of March 18, I have zero visibility into where my order is, or when it will arrive. The slow customer service response indicates it is on its way to my state hub, no ETA, and no tracking information.
