Same as everyone else but this is now Feb 2024 and they are still getting away with it. I paid my money and no product delivered. No response to my phone contact or email. AVOID this company

Wine stash NZ - Rip-off!!!
As with a previous review, one star is way too much!! We dealt with the New Zealand branch , ordered wine racks, paid our money and never received the product.
Alvin and Madison repeatedly apologise and say the refund is in process but 5 months later and still no refund. This company is an absolute ripoff and has stolen our money. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!

One star rating is one too many. They are thieves. Took my money Never delivered. No communication. Their products are still sold at Bunnings, I believe. How that’s possible, I don’t know.

Avoid wine stash
I never received my order and have had no one respond to my request for information and a refund. This company is an absolute scam, I wish there was a way to warn people about these companies that are effectively stealing clients money with no accountability.

SCAMMERS
This company does not deliver the products...they are very polite and will apologise for the delay. Then when you ask for a refund they will be very polite again and apologise that it will take a while to refund. When you do not get your refund they will once again be very polite and sympathise with you. This is the Modus Operandi of a con man.
