Excellent service. I initially had a problem in that the strap was too short, and WingSpan very quickly arranged for additional links to be sent out. Lovely looking watch. So nice, I ordered one for my brother too!! Highly recommended.

The two watches I ordered were unsatisfactory. The first one had a broken link where it should connect to the watch and the second one with a leather strap fell off my friend!s wrist after four hours of wear.

Having emailed the company I requested a refund rather than replacements. I did not feel the quality was all that good. I returned them two weeks ago but as yet have heard nothing from them.

Great sustainable idea! Like the fact the adjusting tools come with it, although the links don't tell you the direction to remove ! That would have made it a 5 *

love this, easy to take links out. Looks good, feels light to wear

Wore the watch for the first time to day it looks good and is very light in weight it was quite easy to take a couple of links out to get the correct fit.All in all a nice addition to my watch collection.

Watch is great but needed instructions for removing links.got sent a promotional video instead of instructions..received a tracking number but number could not be found in any delivery system. Wasted a lot of time trying.
