Ich hatte schon Mal gewonnen 1000 Euro damals wurde die Auszahlung nicht genehmigt und zum Support verwiesen, ich nehme an weil ich das Konto nicht ratizifiert hatte. Ich habe dann jedoch das gewonnene wieder verspielt "daher kann ich nicht sagen ob diese stattgefunden hätte oder nicht. Dieses Mal warte ich jedenfalls auf die Auszahlung und werde ihnen berichten.

By far the worst customer service I’ve had as a vip from any online casino I’ve ever played. I had a winning to withdrawal. I was told by agent I spoke to first that I’m verified and money with financial dept. I then noticed 8 hours later it’s still pending. I ask another agent who also confirms I’m verified. I then stick wonder why it was pending not cancelled. Spoke to a 3 agent who told me I then wasn’t verified. I need to supply bank statement because I used google play fk deposit and by having an Apple phone I couldn’t get Google wallet. This took a total of 3 days constant misinformation and no apology at all and I’m high level vip. I then spent 5 hours yesterday going through the same thing and that agent verified me using the bank card I had because it’s what’s linked to cooler pay. 3 days of running around and time wasted for a vip memember. No apology at all or compensation for the time they wasted seeing as the card they needed id already supplied. I’d avoid it’s not worth your time and vip or being one means nothing to them. All items were up
Loaded hence first agent confirmed it when spoken to and said was with financial department. If it needed specific documentation or transactions provide which ones before notification of me being verified. Also you advertise a 95% RTP I came 22 in weekendend tournament and it took 790 spinf before first feature and 2nd. Pay out with those $44 with 800 fs. Also 2 bonuses in 800 spoke want a joke. We agreeed in a compensation to this prior matter yet hasn’t happened. Also there RTP % is no where near the 95% they claim. The 800 free spins won and got 2 features was a joke. If of earned less than $10 without that bonus. Also the verification they claim I needed to uploaded was uploaded and no matter how MyTime’s I said it. I was ignored. This went on for 3 days
