I went into Winn Dixie because my amazon return said I could bring it there, Not knowing anything about it I waited in line at the service desk? Only to be reprimanded by the blond short haired girl at the service desk...that I had to do everything by this white kiosk in front of the registers. LIKE I KNEW THAT!!!
THIS STORE SUCKS!!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO NEVERSTEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN

when they started they were great but since the last 3 months items we paid for are not in the bags we bring home.. This is stealing. So Far, butter, pork chops and a quart of heavy cream. when i called the manager he said he would check but didn't seem to ask for my phone number to let me know when i gave it to him and asked if he was going to call me back he said yes. to date they have stolen 25.00 from us. Back to Publix, whole foods, fresh market, and trader joes.. I don't need thieves

I have had several bad experiences with this particular Winn Dixie in Sunrise Plaza Ridge Manor, most of the people there don't seem to friendly...also there meat does not look as good as some of the other Winn Dixies....However the meat at Winn Dixie on Broad Street Brooksville Florida is amazing...again the people do not seem to friendly there either...

Not the same as what I remember from being a child, pretty ran down and not the same amount of diversity. Meats look old and brown. Feels as if they need to renovate and update the stores

It not only took my 5 transfers to make this complaint, it's taking me all kinds of steps to get it posted here. What the heck is wrong with winn dixie? Winn Dixie 5802 14th St Bradenton FL is the worst place to shop. The cashier geyra wasn't bagging my groceries. When I asked if she was going to help me she replied, "I'm working on another customer." Exactly the problem, she wouldn't bag my groceries and started another order. I yelled to the customer service counter and got who I assume is tamara the manager who told me to calm down or she wouldn't help me bag my groceries. geyra told her "she brought her own bags and didn't ask me to bag her groceries." I didn't know i had to ask the cashier to bag my groceries. What the hell type of grocery store is this? One that doesn't bag groceries unless they're asked? The manager punished me by putting 13 cans into 1 bag. Apparently when you bring your own grocery bags this winn dixie also won't hand over any of their bags even when you need one. I called and filed a complaint but I can't find out if anything was ever done about my complaint. So, the only way to make sure I don't get another lazy winn dixie cashier is to never buy another item from winn dixie. Too bad because I've done most of my grocery shopping there for years. But, they had to allow customers to wear masks during covid before I would enter their redneck store when their sign said "No masks allowed." Fascist pigs want us all to get covid. I'll shop somewhere else thank you very much.

It’s really online the app is good sometimes but recently it has been a headache can’t use your points then you Refresh your app you lose everything please update it for everyone can at least use the app everyone doesn’t like going to shop in store my kids do I don’t lines be out of control not enough workers

Long lines, no help from manager, left my cart. I am thru wasting my time at this store.

I stopped by WD on my way home to pick up a few things including a quick dinner.
I got a few wings and tater tots from the deli area.
When I got to the checkout the checker realized I had been charged $16.99 for very little food and explained that the container had a code on the bottom that assumes the container is packed full. She needed a manager and none were in sight so I waited while she checked another customer and she took me to the desk to get this corrected. The "customer service" person said she was too busy and walked off. I got tired of waiting and left.
This store has been torn down and rebuilt over the years, but it remains dreary. They have been slowly eliminating national name brands and filling in with SG generics. It has the look and feel of a failing business. The only high point is some (but not all) of their meat.
This is my last trip to this store though it is closer to my house than Publix. This place is failing and needs to close.

Winn-Dixie just isn’t what it used to be. The store is always poorly stocked, and half the time things are expired or almost out of date. The aisles are cluttered, and it feels like no one ever works the registers. I always end up waiting forever to check out.

Shelves half empty, produce look old, and prices ain't even worth it no more. Cashiers rude like you bothering them, and the lines slow as hell. Store always a mess too. Used to be decent, now it’s just trash. Done shopping here.

I purchased cryovac beef tenderloin from Winn Dixie. The beef looked great. When I started to defrost it, the house started smelling really bad. It was not even half defrosted when I realized that it was the rancid meat. It looked great and Winn Dixie did provide a full refund but I was wondering what kind of quality control they do on cryovac beef. I will not be purchasing anything that is packaged this way in the future.

The service is excellent, I love it very much. I was served by a lady named Martha, she is very kind, helpful and she solves everything for you.

Worst place 2 shop & buy liquors. They are more expensive than Publix. I have shopped there since I was a child, but now no more.

They r ride & accused me of racism, which if anyone knows me I'm a Muslim & racially difersed. I speak 4 languages. I consider myself a mutt. My hubby speaks 7 languages. Winn Dixie has no values what so ever. It's my hubby birthday & I simply went inc2 buy liquor. Keep in mind I spend all my money there 4 liquor there so do my friends, patients m, family members. I know alot of people in port Charlotte. I also teach drivers education 2 scared kids that don't want to drive. I was called a racist rude woman and was escorted out the door. I will never shop their again the nursing home I work for makes me buy the liquor there as well. Please don't shop there I'm notifying everyone in Florida not to do so. I'm letting the Governor know what they did to me. My son as I mentioned works for our Governor. DeSantis will know about this as well. Karma is a -itch it will bite u on your bottom WD I'm also calling thr BBB on them on Monday when I go 2 my cancer patient in the am & pm patients. Will notify all my hospitals and associates, as well. You will lose your business 1 way or the other. PHP

Today, I went to buy some groceries and play the lotto in Winn-Dixie at 5600 West Sample Road, Margate, FL. When I got to the lotto machine, I placed my $5.00 in the machine and started picking my lotto, but the machine was not responding. I tried again, and the machine was not responding and locked up. I asked a lady who works there to please help me. When she saw the machine screen frozen, she immediately stated you broke the machine. I was like, what are you talking about? How can I break the machine?? She kept on saying you broke it, she reset the machine, and I was waiting there. After about 15 minutes, I said, "Can I get my $5.00 back, please? She replied with a firm tone, "No, I need to get it out of the machine. I can not just give you the $5.00. I was agitated and thought about where is customer service. She had training for outstanding customer service, but it failed her today, and I lost $5.00. This has been lost for some time now. Customer service is out the window. I kept waiting and told her I needed to leave for work since you would not return my money. So Winn-Dixie, you made an extra $5.00 due to poor customer service. Thank you. Maybe Channel 7 would be like this story about no customer service anywhere.

This comment is for the CEO Anthony Huker. Your Winn-Dixie application for discounts and so on is terrible. I've been shopping with Winn-Dixie for many years and the card system works so much better. We as customers would rather have the card back because the application that's on your phone first off is hard to download and can't even work in the store I'm not the only one that complains about it. We need to do better thank you

All I can say it YUCK! Besides the store being filthy, we bought a $30 chuck roast with a weird chunk of white hard stuff that was stringy in side. It was not fat or bone. I have never seen anything like that in all my years of cooking. I will never buy anything there again. This store is in North Fort Myers, FL on Bay shore Road.
