I would give NEGATIVE stars if I were able to do it. These people are SCAMMERS and THIEVES. They told me 30 bucks ONLY would get me the 647.00 I won. Oh no, now they need another $80!! They refuse to take their fee, which i dont oppose, OUT OF THE WINNINGS. They refuse. So I will go without them because I know if I pay, they will think of another excuse to bilk more money out of us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT.PAY THEM MONEY. THEY SHOULD BE LITIGATED AGAINST AND SHUT DOWN IN THE USA.

I won over 8500. I paid the 55 Bitcoin, then they said I have to pay 460 to get rest.. they gave five 100 dollar vouchers but I only can use one at a time.. which stupid. An they say now I have to pay 100 in Bitcoin to reactivate my account an they will waive all my fees.. an cash me out. That's bs.. my account is still active...this has been going on since around November of last year..

Definitely a scam I won 6060.00 and they wanted me to deposit $55 in bitcoin I did so only for them to say they only received 54.99 lol I’m definitely fina go above and beyond to get them shut down cause ain’t no telling how much money they done stole from ppl smh I’m so mad cause I never won $6000 and I NEED THAT MONEY FRANKIIEEEEE ‼️

After winning $6000 they wanted $180in bitcoin to receive it. Never had to pay anywhere before to cash in.

I won over $6100 and they have been harassing me to withdraw telling me to deposit $55 worth of bitcoin to receive my money. They have been sending me email to email and basically threatening me to send this money so I can get my $6100 lol. So ridiculous scammers.

Absolutely a scam! I have redeemed $100,000.00 in total and have never received one penny! Two months I spent $50.00 initially and won a total a little over 100K. Paid $55.00 today to cash out $11,500.00 then was told I had to pay $288.00 in bitcoin to get my money. I can’t do it. I play six online casinos daily and none require such BS. Some do charge a fee for money transfers but take it out of the winnings. Total SCAM and should be in prison with the other major THIEVES!

This is totally a scam. It's funny that the only agent they have is this chick Tiara. I told her We need to start a class action suit and sue their as*** and close their gambling site down. She said that these reviews are not true and their lawyer would have them taken down. I told her I won a total of 8500 and I'm not paying them another cent. They have been hounding me in my email to cash out paying them almost $400 in Bitcoin. When I asked him straight up question did you not give me a straight answer, question was exactly how much would it cost me in Bitcoin to withdraw just $500. He would only tell me what it would cost for my $1,600 that I have waiting out there to be collected. Now it seems they have offered me $500 in vouchers to offset the processing fee we are asking in order to get my money. I downloaded their policy and it is definitely not clear!
