I worked with Alex from Winnr.app on an issue that I couldn't resolve regarding the email warmup system I was using and the SMTP mailboxes I got from Winnr.app. Alex spent the time to dig deep, looking into logs, and also having contact with the email warmup company I was using and was able to find out that the issue actually was caused by a previous email system NOT actually releasing all the Winnr.app email accounts that I deleted from their system. I am VERY grateful that Alex had the patience and knowledge to find the ACTUAL root problem and fix it. It is VERY rare in this day and age to get this type of support. I will DEFINITELY recommend Winnr.app to anyone that is looking for email accounts. Thanks again, Alex.

winnr's API and developer tooling allow us to run email campaigns out of our completely custom system exactly how we want it. Alex has been great with providing support and accommodating requests.

Winnr continues to provide quality products and service. Recently there was a slight hiccup and the Winnr agent owned the mistake, issued a refund and made us whole. I would recommend using Winnr.

We use Winnr’s API for transactional email from our product. We needed native calendar invites (Gmail/Outlook RSVP cards) after webinar registrations not cold outreach.

Alex was excellent. He diagnosed our issue quickly, admitted a docs gap, explained what wouldn’t work with plain .ics attachments, then shipped a proper calendar_invite feature on the send API within about a day. Clear communication, no runaround, and the feature worked on first integration.

Service and customer communications have been top-tier. Happy to recommend Winnr for teams that need real mailboxes plus a responsive engineering-minded support team.

After sending a ton of cold emails I can say that Winnr is the best SMTP provider in the market, inboxing is solid and the service is great.

A lot of the basis of my decision to pivot over to Winnr was transparency of information shared by Alexander (pros, cons, how you operate etc), his obvious technical knowledge when answering my questions, the constant valuable info he provided without any kind of gatekeeping, and his generosity in helping test out different configurations to help me figure out what worked.

Does exactly what you need - just as advertised. UI is extremely straightforward. Reasonable price.

Good, fast, and affordable. You only get two with the best companies. But with Winnr you get all three.

Not often you get this level of service. really easy to set up everything. Very minimal clicks involved! Plus and support is solved rapidly with a hand touch

Really awesome UI. Exporting mailboxes was easy. Seem like they have pretty much every sequencer you could use in the right csv format. Support was very responsive. Love working with Winnr so far!
