Winstler Casino closed my account right after I won and refused to pay my winnings. I completed full KYC, played without bonuses, and followed all their rules. They just stopped replying and ignored all my emails. Be very careful — they seem to block anyone who wins. Totally unacceptable behaviour from an online casino.

This so called casino has 28 reviews with 27 giving five stars. Everyone of those who gave five stars have only made one review each on trust pilot and that was for this site. You would expect some gamblers with several reviews behind them to give five stars before you would take a chance with them.
Winstler have many sister sites and are not licenced by the UK gambling commission.

I received an email from trust pilot asking me for more information about my experience with this site to prove that my review is genuine. My comments are based on the reviews on this site. I have just looked on this casinos website at their terms and conditions and was shocked by what I read.
It states that you are not allowed to open an account if you are in the UK and many other countries including the USA and France yet most of the reviews are from those countries. It also states that you may be asked for documents before your first withdrawal and that would in effect allow them to justify closing your account by declaring you are from a banned country. It would be difficult then to get your withdrawal.

I searched for uk casino on here signed up put my uk telephone number in and address it created my account deposited for the welcome bonus then before even playing this bonus read that they don't accept uk players, cancelled the bonus and tried to refund my intitial deposit and close the account all within 15 mins didn't even play and the email support was shocking and said because I used link from here they won't refund me, so they just stole my money and closed the account clearly this 4.6 raiting is a SCAM and false advertising
