Wireless Logic offers a solid, reliable service, but the primary value-add is the quality of their account management. Dilip provided excellent technical support, handling our queries with a high level of competence and efficiency. His ability to navigate complex requirements without delay made a significant difference in our deployment. He is a strong professional and a credit to the support team.

Like many things it worked great for a couple of years then along comes an upgrade and all gone to pot.
been down now for 30hours and we only use the simplest data exchange on a Simcard Modem.
Support is as good as none.

Bad service, unstable connection. Ended up locked in to an expensive contract for just trying it out. THere are lots of other services out there who don't rip you off.

We've been using WL for last 4 years. We have around 200 customers with roving SIM cards, working mainly in Ireland. WL is our third multi-operator supplier and definitely the best of all. Since we moved to WL we do not have any issues with connectivity at all. There are some sporadic issues with charging for SIM cancellations or roaming (!!!) but in general all can be sorted. Communication is quite good. I do recommend WL.

If I could give them no stars I would. We have been a customer for 14 years and are out of contract but were experiencing increased invoices. I queried our invoices 9 months ago and they said they'd be in touch and they never got back to me.

Their SIMPro platform doesn't work and doesn't give me any useful data. WL have confessed that customers as small as me don't get specific customer service because it's a 'self service' service - what a load of rubbish. They have accepted no responsibility for their failings and have provided shockingly poor customer service.

Please don't touch them with a barge pole, they aren't to be trusted and I feel sorry for the employees who have to provide that poor service, more fool you!!

Very disappointed with their charging policy. I had been using their SIM cards for some years.

Then they decide to put up the minimum charge to £50.00 per month.

They did not ask for permission for this. They just over charged me

It took me some time to get to clients and change the SIM cards.

Now they want to charge for cancelling the direct debit.

Do not use the SIM cards, there are better deals else where.

I’ve been a customer for 9 years and I would advise anyone thinking of using wireless logic no to , every few years they over charge you due to high data usage no reason no explanation and we’re talking about thousands of pounds not hundreds, nobody at wireless logic wants to help you all they do is try to get you to spend on a higher package , I personally believe that they are trying to extort money from existing clients , I know 20 customers who have been in the same predicament in the last 12 months , please please take my advise lots of other companies out there doing the same service at much cheaper priced who are willing to help

The company I represent is small and we wanted LTE-M sims for connecting IOT devices to the ICloud. Unfortunately UK is uniquely problematic with O2 have coverage of most of the South of UK and Vodafone having the North for LTE-M. O2 don't allow roaming connection to LTE-M so you need a specific O2 sim. After much research we only seem to be able to procure them through Wireless logic. There the problems start. I could right a complete essay on their incompetencies. The latest one that has stimulated me to write this review is my latest Sim order had not been delivered. When I chased Wireless I am told they sit in their office and have been with held. No notification, no explanation and no reason. Avoid using them unless you really have to. It will cost you hours of your time chasing down their issues.

Wish I had checked here before going with these guys. Been 100% duped during a mid contract review, was very clear with the Acct Manager on what we wanted and we have been charged £500 more than agreed. The account manager has not once responded to my emails, and leaving it with their credit control to try and unpick the mess he has made. No threatening with legal action for an invoice I only received today :(

We are a very small customer but over the past 2 years the company have gone into maximum profit mode and the level of service is now non existant.
We have sims in India and the US and after 3 months they still can't get them working, they being numerous individuals with no one taking responsibilioty but you bet the accounts department is fully staffed. I now discover we are paing double for data compared with their competitors.
According to company reviews Wireless Logic staff numbers in Remenham, Bucks have dropped from 32 to 16. Clear sign of profit making ready to be sold?
told by an ex drector cole they are worth 500 million .. yes 500 million rupees.
