Christmas drinks all sorted (nearly)rec'd 11.11.25.
One of the few on-line companies to provide a good selection of dark beers, stouts and porters. Unfortunately Ilkley Nowt Mary was unavailable this time.Goods arrived promptly, well packaged ,polite courier who waited for response from doorbell. Will be using again for birthday present!

Wrong product, poor customer service
The product description was inaccurate, so they arranged collection. After their mistakes with arranging to collect, I needed a second collection, which I was charged 5.99 for. Basically, wrong product, bad customer service. Avoid.

We apologise for the inaccuracy in the product description. For which we sent a courier free of charge to collect the products. However as only one box was made available we had to resend the courier at additional cost to collect the remaining drinks. It was explained that the second collection would incur the charge which was agreed.
Consistancy and excellent in service and choice
Every time I buy from Wise Bartender, I receive the same excellent service and the opportunity to try something new. I love that it's not just a matter of alcohol low or low-alcohol, it's also possible to focus on my dietary needs really easily. I valued the chance to make chilled drinks on those hot days - but now, as we move into cooler evenings, they still offer the opportunity to taste some amazing flavours that bring warmth to your palate.

My order never arrived. I keep requesting a refund and get no response.
Response to reply-
I requested a refund on the following dates: 16/8, 12/8 and 1/8. I haven’t received any correspondence in return or confirmation of a refund. Please don’t lie.

Hi Felicity, apologies your order never arrived. It was returned back to us on 12/8/25 due to being unable to locate the address due to an address issue. I see we emailed at that point to ask if we could amend the address or add any instructions before resending. I note your response today requesting a refund which we have processed today (notification should land shortly).

DHL received my parcel but failed to deliver and provide any updates but the wonderful team at Wise bartender rectified the scenario and had a new delivery sent over the following day, would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again 😁

What a fantastic range of beers. Love the selection of weissbiers! Gift voucher easy to apply and first time buyer discount. Delivered next day. Will definitely use again as I can’t get most of these AF beers in the shops.

Non alcohol drinks galore
I’d never heard of Wise Bartender before and wondered if they were legit. They are and the selection of non-alcohol beers is impressive. Delivery was good although the driver arrived earlier than scheduled, and the box was labelled ‘fragile’ and contents packaged well.

Excellent choice and offers on my favourite Non Alcoholic wines.
I ordered 3 bottles of wine but they'd ran out of 1 of them on my order. I received an email from Tom who advised me I could have a replacement wine which was more expensive but I didn't have to pay extra...

Excellent service - lovely 0% beer
I was looking for Menabrea 0/0 which is a lovely flavoursome lager type with a malted barley content.
WB actually had it in stock (unlike most people who only have the 650ml alcoholic ones).
Ordering was very easy, the price was good & delivery was fast.
Will certainly be back for more and highly recommend WB.

Excellent flavoursome lager type beer with a nice addition of malted barley - tending towards IPA.
It has a lovely bouquet and depth of flavour way beyond most bland 0% beers with a really complex after TASTE which comes from the barley and no hoppy bitterness.
