Order not delivered – No support response
I placed an order (WM-03896-AE) for 1,800 AED with a delivery time of 4–5 days. The deadline has passed and I have not received the item.
I tried to contact support by phone and email, but there is no response.
I have now requested a full refund due to non-delivery and filed a complaint with the consumer authority.
Still waiting for a proper response.

Your store on White Street York PA is the only one I always go into but now I'm starting to change my mind there's some things every time I go into this place they don't have and my one main thing is Turkey Hill green tea by the gallons they never have any in the fridge. When I do find someone to help me they tell me that they're having problems getting the green tea why I don't know but then I go to other store about 2 miles up the road and they seem to be fully stocked, don't understand. why is this?

Very bad customer service. I tried to reach them they did not want to refund and return the device. As they still have 21 days peace of mind. They also saying to take restocking fees which they did not mentioned before

Awesome phone ... Good communication

What an absolute joke wisemarket/skyphnoz/ymt and no doubt other business names they trade under so I ordered and luckily paid with PayPal 4 for a phone although they are showing phones in stock on the wisemarket website of 20 of the phone I had chosen they tell me that the color I ordered is out of stock on the site they have stock and checking there ebay store they also have stock but for me no stock was told 3 days ago to choose another color which they had in stock for Immediate dispatch and guess what still waiting was told after I raised a case with PayPal they would provide tracking and get it sent out immediately and guess what that didn't happen either luckily for me I have a family member in business law and they have advised me of who to contact such as office of fair trading and accc and a few others also has since read that skyphnoz have been investigated for fraud who would have thought this is ongoing as it's now apparently in the concerned team and do not under any circumstances use wisemarket/skyphnoz for any purchase and check the retailers for whom they use as suppliers before making any purchases if they use skyphnoz/wisemarket do not purchase or you will be in a world of pain

Speedy delivery, good price and I made a good choice with the Oppo 14F as it has 512GB storage and will take a card too. Very happy.

Communication was good. Any questions I had were addressed quickly.
Product arrived safely and in perfect condition. I could not ask for anything more.

Good customer relations, being able to talk to a real person, who kept me informed even when we had a small suppy problem. Phone is working fine and exactly the one I wanted. I had two bad experiences with two of the very big players in the online mobile market promising to supply, then trying to offer alternatives, both required going through the refund process. One still has the unavailable phone on their site. No such problem with Wise Market.

The worst experience ever. Placed my order on 06.10.25 and received it on 23.10. 25 and only because I requested refund for my order on 17.10.25 as there was no reference number provided or anything to get an idea if they were posted at all . Would never use it again and would never recommend to anyone. Poor service and very poor communication
