I've received a reply from Wishdoit…
I've received a reply from Wishdoit watches stating exactly the same as previous email they sent - the fault of my 3 month old watch is caused by usage!!!
I've sent them a solution - I get the watch checked independently by a jeweller in my home town - they can choose the jeweller and if the fault is caused by usage (3 months old) then I accept the cost of review and accept i am wearing it incorrectly!!!
If the fault is a manufacturing fault they reimburse me for the independently check and send me a brand new replacement watch of the exact model.
I am awaiting their response- I've added to Trustpilot as they like to reply to reviews and imply they are reaching out and helpful!!! So I will update this review when I hear from them.

I bought the Aristos gold style as it's really close to the fashion AP Code 11.59 without chronograph ! Received it under a few weeks with a complete box. The watch has 80hours power reserve wich is great for such price and a furious fashion look !
So I decided to acquire the black and red one less impactant

Great automatic watch for 2 yrs and…
A great automatic watch for 2 yrs and stopped working. Reached out to customer service and they sent me a new replacement for a small fee. Very cool and they did this better than big name brands! Sharon was great!

2 watches for 1 but took long
Bought a watch paid for expedited delivery , the next day someone call me saying it was going to be delayed and the will refund the expedited delivery fee which they did but long story short the watch ended up taking 30 days to arrived , I was frustrated and told them I didn’t want to continue waiting they said they will send me a new watch since the original one was still in costumes , I don’t know why anyways I will say the costumer service was great and they kept answering and offered me a 50 dollar refund and I ended up with 2 watches also I must say the quality of the watches is amazing I love the watches I would love to give them more starts but I think they need to work on getting a better delivery company I dont know I never had any issue ordering something from an other country but if it wasn’t for that one thing, I would give them 5 stars the watch is amazing the team was helpful, so thank you for making it up to me !

What happened in your case was related to extended customs inspections in the United States due to recent tariff policy adjustments, which unfortunately caused delays beyond the control of both our team and the carrier. Under normal circumstances, our shipments to the U.S. are delivered within 5–8 days.
As soon as we became aware of the delay, our team immediately stayed in close communication with you, and arranged a replacement watch when the original parcel was still held in customs to make sure you wouldn’t have to keep waiting.

Wishdoit interested me because the value for the money for a dive watch was excellent. I was impressed with the 9987 lume and went on to buy their GMT as well. It is an interesting hybrid and design and homage to Zodiac. Shipment and customer service have been excellent as well. Their company philosophy embodied in their name also speaks to me.

Simple Automaticuhr aus China. Umtausch läuft über USA und ist mega kompliziert und der Retourversand unglaublich teuer. Uhr 260 Euro= Retourversand über 100 Euro. Kundenservice ausschließlich über Email mit vorkofektionierten Antworten. Außerdem werden bei Umtausch Bearbeitungsgebühren berechnet. Nie wieder. Die ist jetzt im Wiederverkaufsmarkt.😡

My name is Errol Nisbett my wife purchased a watch for me as a Christmas present from wishdoit watches round about November/December 2024, its a racing chorono GT 2.0-rose gold.
It's an absolutely beautiful watch I receive compliments on it all the time, with many people thinking it's a very expensive watch, the quality and design exceeded expectations.
Since buying the watch my experience with customer services has been outstanding easily second to none. In particular, Sharon from wishdoit who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
