The roundups were helping pay off my loan faster which is a great idea but suddenly it stopped working and am unable todo it any more so a bit disappointed

they are great when it comes to lending you the money but not so great at helping you out after that. I'm struggling to pay of the loan at current fortnightly repayments. tried to get the loan lowered after paying off 10k so I could have some savings every week. went through a broker who tried to get wiser to pay of the current loan and set it up with new repayments at a cheaper price. you'd think a no brainer right, going from $633 to $430 saving $200 a week, I'd be easily able to pay that off...nope they denied it. left me financially struggling instead.

They are amazing, such a easy loan process with the lowest interest rate, incredibly quick approval and settlement. Highly recommended

When applying for my loan was a bit hesitant. I filled out the forms and within minutes of submitting had a person contact me. Talked about my situation and the team did everything in there power to help best for my finances. I'm a very happy customer alot less stressed and would tell anyone to go with these guys. The procedure was quick and straightforward and simple to follow. As long as you have everything the process is quick.

DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMANY. I took out a personal loan with Wisr, and after checking my credit score 6 weeks later, I could see that Wisr have added this to my credit file....TWICE. I have tried to resolve this and Wisr have not followed through, attempted to resolve this or contacted me. I have been "ghosted". I had to contact Wisr again to try and resolve this and have been ignored. My credit score was in the high 800's and now it's well below the average Australian score. Because of this major error, my credit score shows two unsecured loans with Wisr which is incorrect. Wisr’s acknowledgement that this was an ongoing issue confirms that Wisr was aware of the problem and had a duty to monitor, manage, and prevent ongoing harm to customers. Wisr’s failure to do so, combined with its failure to correct the error promptly or communicate with me after acknowledging the issue, represents a failure to meet its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable credit reporting obligations. If I had not identified the error when I was applying for a credit card, I would not have known this error had occurred. Due to this error and how this has affected my credit score, I am unable to apply for a credit card. I advised them that this required urgent attention so this could be removed from my file. Please do not use this company. I have since learned that this type of "error" is common with Wisr as well as other serious matters when handing a customer's credit file and personal information.
