Similar experience to others. I ordered a Jellycat Smudge Hippo and received a fake. The only option they gave me was to send the item back (to China) for a refund, or they can send me a replacement. I opted for a replacement (even though I knew it was unlikely to happen) and with multiple emails back and forth, they are "waiting to hear from the warehouse". It has been over 2 months since I contacted them. Do not order from this company!

Ordered a jellycat smudge the monkey toy and what I received was anything but. The animal wasn’t even recognisable and when I requested a return/refund they only replied with “can you send a picture of the item”. I repeated their own returns policy which stated the item must remain in tact with original packaging so I wasn’t going to fall for it. I have asked three times in emails for the returns policy information so I can return explaining I’m unsatisfied with what I’ve received and that is enough reasons. This is still ongoing as of the 23/2/26. Do not buy from this business. Hard lessons learned here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a name brand toy and paid the name brand price. They sent me a fake and refused to do anything about it. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a Lego set and it was $20 less than what it was on Amazon. Still expensive, but figured every little bit of savings helps. It took forever to arrive and didn’t come until well after Christmas, many weeks out and when it came, it was in a plastic bag with Chinese writing on plastic, no box and fake. It was not a legit Lego set and pieces are missing and it does not work.

I was sold an absolute fake toy. No idea (naïve I know). I contacted them to ask for a refund and they will only send me a replacement. I obviously don’t want a replacement as it will be another fake. They won’t give me. My money back unless I pay the extortionate cost to send the fake toy back. Avoid at all costs!

Review dated to align with date of delivery. I have pictures but it doesn’t give me an option to upload the laughable fake I was sent!

Fast shipping really neat toy my kids love it, the only bad thing is there is a water ring around where you drew when it dries

Delivery was fast and the water doodle pad is so much fun! Once my grandson was done playing with it, I still sat there and doodled! Kinda relaxing. Will definitely buy from them again.

On the Wistoyz Facebook page, it gives the email address as support(at)wistoyz.com.

When I sent a message to that address today it was returned as undeliverable, with the message "Remote server returned an error -> 554 RCPT (support(at)wistoyz.com) dosn't exist".

Note: This message board does not allow email addresses in any messages, so I wrote "(at)" instead of the symbol @.

My kids absolutely enjoy these toys! It’s a great toy as well as an awesome way to learn great fine motor skills! Also they are very good quality!

I got 2 bubble blowers for my nephew. He loves them. My only downside is that it doesn’t hold much bubbles. We accidentally left one outside and it rained and it never worked again. I’m so glad we still have the second one. I’m looking into buying more blowers as he loves them. Definitely recommend

I was sent 2 little gift card around Christmas 2021 that's says I won a free gift I can choose from 6 things and they gave me a website to go to to get my prize at wistoyz .com /surprise but when I go to it y'all won't let me get my prize so I feel bamboozled

Very cute toy, my granddaughter loves it lots of eye catching lites, fun music and walking is adorable...my granddaughter liked the bubbles best though...hours of fun..well made too

Great product. My grandaughter is really enjoying her puppie bubble machine. Confusion about shipping tracking number was quickly responded to and resolved. Great customer service.

I ordered a little compact bubble machine blower for my kids it was so compact and easy to put away. They loved the panda one but now want the dinosaur one to finish the collection. These are the cutest little bubble blowers
