I received my first box today and I have to say I'm very impressed. Such amazing value for what you are supplying and most importantly, I will use all of the contents of the box, and we all know when you get subscription boxes some of it just ends up cluttering your house. Not the case here. Well done, I will continue to be a subscriber and recommend you to my fellow sisters.

Everything is always packaged so nicely. And it comes pretty fast considering it comes from the UK! I always love all the items. Everything feels quality and worth what I spend.

What I love most about it is that you use only natural materials, no plastics. Even in the packaging. This gives everything a much higher sense of quality and a more whimsical feel. The ingredients are practical, beautifully made and easy to use. I have had other witchy subscriptions before but didn't know what to really use some things for. The rituals and spells are lovingly put together and ready to be used. I use many of the pouches for my cards or trinkets. The artwork on your flyers is amazing and if they are black and white I love to color them to use in my witchy journal.
A big plus is also that you are located in Europe, so the shipping is much cheaper than from the US and I get to support a more "local" brand.
Keep it coming like that!

Receiving my casket in the mail each month is something I look forward to.
Each box is carefully thought out, curated and nicely packaged. I'm always surprised how much they can pack into a casket, it's like magic.
I just love everything about this company. The witches behind it that brings life to everything and feels so magical when opening and handling every piece. You feel the love and magic that has gone into each casket.
My grandson especially loves visiting when our casket arrives, he has enjoyed it right along with me and that is magical.

I am so happy with the boxes but please, PLEASE stop sending so many emails. As an existing subscriber, I do not need multiple countdown emails per month urging me to subscribe before it's too late. I also do not like that I was somehow automatically subscribed to substack updates.

I tried unsubscribing to the emails, but I was informed that also meant I would miss ones that I do want about when the box ships & the monthly emporium code. So if I want those, I have to tolerate the constant barrage of messages that I don't want or need in between.

I have provided feedback to the company directly to please consider separate mailing lists for people who are already subscribed. The frequency of these redundant emails is very, very annoying, because there are other important emails that are mixed in.

I want emails related to my account, I do not want marketing emails. I appreciate that others have left reviews that they like these emails - great for them. But please provide an opt-out selection for those who want to choose.

The products are gorgeous and authentic. Beautifully designed. Priced great and couldn't ask for better.

I've had a subscription for a fair few months now and I look forward to it every month. The items within are varied and of good quality. Of course, some months are better than others, but that's the nature of subscription boxes and a matter of personal opinion. The team always respond quickly to any emails and are very happy to help. I've been getting witch caskets since February this year and not a single one of them was a disappointment. There always is so much in these boxes and everything in high quality, it is a feast to open them every month! I always am looking forward to the second half of the month because of this.
