Wizard Works Reviews

Very fast delivery, excellent craftmanship and superb communications. Can’t be faulted

Bought an Osyth Partial Frame Bag the other week and I'm delighted with it.

Quality is night and day compared to the (admittedly cheaper) Alpkit one I had and seems better than the restrap bags I have. Nice personalised note in the package too

Couldn't be happier.

Great to deal with.

Absolutely delighted! I bought the Munin mini messenger bag, and absolutely love it! The quality is impeccable, and great to know that it’s been made in London, and can be repaired in future should it need it. Highly recommended.

I got some great bar tape that makes my bike stand out. I got it when expected and it is nice to shop with a small company.

Awesome people making fantastic products and a nice warm feeling from supporting a small business doing things in the right way!! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

I have had my eye on a hip pack for while, so when WW offered a discount on them I took the plunge. The usual quick, efficient service. The bag is super comfortable and well made, every detail thought through carefully, and made in London. I’m a very happy repeat customer.

Easy ordering process and good choices of colours and style. Bag is well made and sites perfectly on my gravel bike.

Very good. Sorted out a minor confusion quickly with clear communication.

🚨Be aware!🚨 I paid extra so I could get a custom colour Lil' Presto bag and in spite of the advised two week lead time they shipped it a whole week early! What are those guys up to over there?

Great small business, great experience, great product. It's the second frame bag that I buy (for a gift this time), because I'm very happy with the first one after more than a year!

Great Products, great service + fast shipping.

Wizard works are cool 😎 I’ve have purchased a lot of their bags for my different bikes and the quality is always to an excellent quality. I have to find an excuse to buy more bags from them. They always respond to questions via email and I look forward to meeting them in person one day big shout out H&V

Used these guys a couple of times now and always been happy. I might be right in thinking that they are the only UK shop that stocks Wald baskets. Just wish I could afford one of their lovely bags!
