I have recently won £200 on wizard slots they paid me with same documents then won £500 and asked for documents sent same ones and now they have permenaly blocked me and can't get my money been in contact with them and keep saying the same thing every email absolute robbery I am fuming is there anyway I can resolve this issue?

What a joke this site is sent all the information that they asked for to withdraw 2000 that I had won taken me 4 weeks for them to email me saying there closing my account and taking all my winnings . All they did was sent me 20 pound as a good will jester what a bloody joke I am now in the prosses of taking legal action

Awful. Deposited £500, instantly say can’t play as need more docs. Sent a week ago, now emailing daily and just ignored. No reply nothing. Will be progressing with ADR. Stay away

The worst so far !! Didn’t realise when I was depositing that they had removed the withdrawal option on my account. They ignored my request until I had to close the account, in doing so had to clear the funds / winnings after no response for 1 week . SCAM DO NOT PLAY

Robbers just like the rest of the comments say they have not paid me🤬 took over £220 of my money I haven't even won decided to cash out at £190 they don't want to pay it. They are trying to make me jump through hoops that as all the other reviews show are basically impossible. I will try but I think this is a scandal, Where's your I.D and licenses I want pictures before you take my money 🤔your not stealing money from me I'll tell you that I! Just give me my deposits back and I'll go away! Total scammers I should have checked before I played 🙄 I'm not a sore losser they have my money, I deposited, I played then I tried to withdraw less than I actually stated with so they ultimately won but now they won't pay me wtaf? It took a couple of attempts to get myself verified ( my fault for not reading the the instructions properly) after that my withdrawal was in my bank in 2 days ….. thumbs up from me 😊

As much as the verification process seems over the top, if you upload your documents correctly then the process can be no bother at all. Once my documents were accepted my withdrawal was processes and from changing from pending to processed my money was in my bank within a couple of hours. The only negative I have is you can only have one pending withdrawal. You can't withdraw multiple times.

OMG this site is horrendous for proof off id over and over. you send all needed its passed .you withdraw. Next time you want to withdraw same thing again. all delays, as days to reply back,and then days to wait for withdrawals. It accepted my last withdrawal only to log on to see what had happened and back in the balance !!

Very complicated verification process , the photo Id one is ridiculous, customer support rubbish takes 2/3 days to hear back and it says they are receiving high volume of emails that’s hardly surprising judging by my experience , to make things even better when you win and need withdrawal it doesn’t work and says more checks are needed , bit of a shame but I feel this company just makes it very hard for customers to use their site and enjoy a gamble
Also charge you £2.50 each withdrawal

I opened an account last week, started playing. Let me deposit, and I won taking my balance up to £385.
I uploaded my documents for verification, I got an email to say my address was declined.
I went online to add another, and my account was self excluded.
I proceeded to email the company with my new proof of address (a full utility statement) and asked for my full funds to be withdrawn to my deposit method.
I have heard nothing since and am becoming increasingly concerned I will not see them!
Also, this company should have some form of live chat available for speedier communication.
I will be happy to update this if and when I receive my funds back but currently very disappointed.
Update: 22-9-22 Emailed back to be told they needed a card which has expired after already sending them the card which I was allowed to deposit with! Emailed to chase again as it's been almost two weeks and I won't give up.
So today I sent a further email complaining about the wait for my funds etc. after sending all docs required and lots of emails my funds were back in my bank account tonight.
Would not be using this site ever again, and they have HUGE communication issues but eventually I did get my funds paid back so have updated my rating.

Scam artist. They let you deposit but don’t let you withdraw! Make every reason why you cant till you give up. Report it to your bank as fraud and they will soon get blacklisted on letting money come in, i reported to my bank and they made the money be returned

Do not join this gambling site. Now I’ve seen the reviews I wish a didn’t join either!!
They make it impossible to draw your money out I’ve loaded 6 documents so far and they’ve rejected everyone.
I had £470 in winnings and and I can’t take any of it. I’ve asked time and time again what need to do but it takes 4 and 5 days to get response and they just keep repeating the same thing.

If this company wants 6 different proof of identity to verify the account it should done before you can open the account.

I’ve never ended up getting any of my winnings!!

Hi everyone I have to say I signed up as as a newbie never used this site before.i won some money went to withdraw and it wanted quite anit of documents of id sent over.im not going to lie ot was hard to get verified but if the right documents are sent over you will get verified.i sent kver passport bank statement and my bankcard.i was nervous after reading reviews on here that I wouldn't get my winnings because twice it bounced back to my account but to my surprise I withdrew again fir the 3rd time and thr money landed in my account.i ain't git nothing bad to say about wizard slots only I wish they had a phone number because it does take a while to hear back from email.but be assured if you send all documents in the right format over you will get your winnings.x

I paid by Apple Pay so eventually after submitting all these I go to withdraw and they ask me to deposit with original card! No way!!
Customer service is non existent on email, Facebook or messenger.
So to give anyone a bit of advice if they have the same issues contact gambling commission. I do not recommend this site and will advise against it.

I must admit the withdrawel is abit mad you can only withdraw once at a time and its pending a day ,but i have never not been paid i have won upto a thousand and its all been paid so to me do its 5*for wizardslots

I won £10,500 and they kept on rejecting my documents. And then when it did verify. They would only allow me to withdraw £500 a day and withdrawal button would disappear after one withdrawal. Each withdrawal costs £2.50.

When the support finally replied after 6 days they told me that I can withdraw £5000 and it’s been days I still can’t. Also, if I do want to withdraw all then I need to go the notary and get my documents certified and then I can take my own money back. This has been 2 weeks now I still haven’t received my money back and only managed to withdraw 2000 by doing £500 at a time.

The casino company jumpman man gaming is actually not that great and they own those casino. I believe they don’t have much traffic coming to the casino so they wait for a player to end up spending the wins while they wait

I made an account in May 22 wasn’t asked for documents at the time until I won some money. Then the fun began- constantly rejected VALID documents, asked for unreasonable things for example Apple ID address etc… eventually weeks later after complaining to the useless support team my account was verified apparently… well 20 times Iv attempted to withdraw my winnings and every single time it bounces back with an email saying your withdraw failed - CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS NEVER GIVEN ME A REASON WHY AFTER 50 EMAILS SENT . They either ignore me or they reply with something irrelevant! They are hoping I will spend the winnings but nope I’m too stubborn 😀 I have involved Ecogro (do it if your having same issues, they need to be stopped) I have sent all my proof of emails etc Over to an adjudicator and there’s no way I won’t win my case as I mean I honestly haven’t ever had a reason why they are withholding my funds which is of course illegal. So avoid because you will have the same issues if you ever actually win. They know most people would spend it unfortunately
