This website is a 100% scam.

Here’s how it works: You create an account that's supposed to be used for transfers. The scammers then transfer a large amount of money into it. To unlock this money, you're asked to deposit a sum into the account to verify your identity. Once the money is deposited and you try to withdraw it, the website either crashes or asks for further verification. Eventually, your access is blocked because your password no longer works.

This site is a complete scam. Do not deposit any money under any circumstances.

I was asked to access this site to use as an intermediary to enable the transfer of some recovered funds from a scam company called Daxiron. A security company contacted me to return the stolen funds. All worked well until i tried to transfer the recovered funds from the wallet and then it required me to deposit additonal funds from a verified exchange.
At this point it is just numbers on a screen with no way of me knowing if its real or a scam but the fact it won't let me use the transfer without actually deposting crypto from a source I know is real is a red flag to me. I should really just be able to use the existing deposit as fees for any transfer. This smells like a sophisticated way to extract the transfer fee.

This website is new, there isn’t a statement of ownership in the website footer. It includes no details such as the registered company name, address or company registration number, which is a red flag!
The given email address doesn’t seem to work. Its activities are dubious: seemingly a crypto-wallet that receives but does not release.
