De obicei nu las review uri ,doar dacă sunt foarte încântată sau foarte dezamăgită. În acest caz sunt foarte mulțumita ,comunicarea foarte ok ,fără probleme,angajații amabili ,serviciile foarte bune. O să revin cu drag ! Recomand!

Excellent service, fast picking and dropping off at the airport also they've upgraded our car from a Renaul Clio to a Skoda wich we where glad to have it. The car was spotless and drive perfectly. We will use again in the future.

Todo fue tal y como se había acordado. Llegamos tarde a Iasi y llamamos al móvil que nos habían facilitado. En minutos, una persona de la empresa nos recogió con el coche de alquiler. Gestionamos todo el tema del seguro y el contrato en poco tiempo.
Para la devolución del coche hicimos lo mismo: llamada de teléfono y ubicación para dejarlo. Allí nos encontramos de nuevo con el empleado. Revisó el vehículo y nos llevó al aeropuerto. Recomendable 100%

Reservamos un coche con bastante antelación a través de WLC Inchirieri Auto Timisoara, eligiendo específicamente un BMW. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos entregaron un Skoda sin darnos ninguna explicación razonable. Lo más decepcionante fue el trato recibido: respuestas groseras, sin ninguna empatía y con una actitud completamente poco profesional. Nos dijeron, literalmente, que era “ese coche o ninguno”, y todo esto un sábado por la noche, dejándonos sin opciones.

Nos sentimos totalmente engañados. Si no disponían del coche reservado, deberían haberlo comunicado antes o al menos ofrecido una alternativa de la misma categoría. El servicio fue pésimo de principio a fin. No volveremos a alquilar con esta empresa y no la recomendamos en absoluto.

Clean cars, very fast to help and plenty of info in advance

I had requested a week-long rental and received confirmation via email that my car would be a Renault Clio. When I arrived at the airport, I was given a Volkswagen T-Cross. Knowing that it was August and an hard time, I made do with it, even though it was an automatic (I had requested a manual, having never driven an automatic). The agent offered to trade me for a manual the next day, but I declined. The next day, I was called and informed that I was required to return the car they had given me because it had been reserved by another customer starting the following day, when in reality it was supposed to remain with me until Saturday. I accepted the trade anyway, being a kind and understanding person. However, the fact remains that I ended up with a Dacia Sandero (worth significantly less than the price paid) that was completely dirty, with a non-functioning dashboard (if the police had stopped me, I had no way of providing the documents). Furthermore, after driving around the block, I also discovered the front right tire was completely flat. After an argument with the operator and explaining the situation to the reservations office, I was contacted by a manager who arranged for the requested car to be delivered that same evening (10 p.m.). The situation was resolved immediately by the higher-ups, but the operator proved to be very rude and impolite, and naturally, arguments ensued, especially insults, including accusations that I was simply wanting my money back, when my only purpose was to use a car for a very short, well-organized vacation. Everything else went well, but I wasted an entire day chasing someone's whims instead of using the car properly for the entire time I had booked. All this happened in Suceava (Romania)

We had the car for 1 week. We had constantly conversation before we take the car.
Staff very professional and friendly helping us with everything. Prices amazing. Definitely we will rent again.

O experiență dezamăgitoare – nu recomand

Am închiriat un VW Golf 8, dar în ziua ridicării m-am trezit că voi primi o altă mașină, fără să fiu anunțat în prealabil. Când am întrebat de ce, mi s-a spus că „așa e la închirieri, poate fi și altă mașină”. Am verificat pe site și nu era menționat nicăieri acest lucru.

Neavând altă opțiune – trebuia să plec în altă țară – am acceptat situația.

Surprizele au continuat:
• Mașina avea rezervorul pe jumătate plin;
• Nu avea lichid de parbriz;
• Aerul condiționat funcționa doar 30 de minute după pornire, apoi era nevoie să se răcească complet motorul ca să poată fi folosit din nou – foarte neplăcut, mai ales în timpul verii.

Pentru toate aceste probleme, am primit un „discount” de 150 de lei, o sumă care nu reflectă deloc disconfortul și lipsa de profesionalism de care am avut parte.

Concluzie: nu recomand acest serviciu. Lipsă de transparență, comunicare slabă și condiții tehnice necorespunzătoare pentru o mașină de închiriat.
Ah, si sa adaug mi a zis ca este un upgrade de la golf 8 la dacia dokker findca eram mai scump pe site,era mai scump deoarece este o masina cu 7 locuri ceea ce eu nu aveam nevoie deloc fiind doar 2 persoane.

Everything went well, the car was in excellent working condition. Will definitely be using their services again.

Third time i rent a car with this company and i’m never disappointed. Andrei from Sibiu is friendly, always on time and there to answer any questions and concerns (if any). Quick and easy process. As for the cars themselves, they’ve always been reliable and clean. I am now a loyal customer and will definitely take my business to WLC Rent a Car again in the near future!
