This company is a scam. What you see is not what you get. They make you think it's a black company but your merchandise comes from China or somewhere. I paid $30 for a tunic and when I complained about it, I was told I could keep it and be compensated $6 or I can mail it back to an address in China. I wish I could show you the item. I'm calling my bank.

I placed a order on 12/21/25 for a cape. I never received a shipment email and when I did it was followed up with a email that the package was sent to the Mail Recovery Center, which I found out it's located in Atlanta. I have sent numerous emails to this company and I have not gotten a response back from any of them. I will never order from them again and I'm just so sorry that I placed this order. I will contact my bank in the morning to see what can be done on their end. But buyer beware!

I would put a zero if was on the five star. The product is horrible. Customer service is even worse. You cannot get anyone to respond back to you in reference to returning the product. Advertising have you under the impression that the product is black owned and it's not. Stay far away from this business.

I made an order on Dec 12th and still have not got my oder yet and it is Dec 31st and only got one email stating that my order was on the way this company is the worst I would NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN YOU GIVE BLACK BUSINESSES A VERY BAD NAME I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH FOR A REFUND OF MY MONEY AND ANY OTHER ACTION THAT'S WITH IN REASON THIS ORDER WAS FOR CHRISTMAS PASTOR ROBERT J. The item does not look like the picture advertised. Please do no order from this company. They have cheap fake products.

Poor customer service. After several emails, I received no response. Then they would send fake delivery updates (5 total). I am contacting my financial institution in the morning. Very disappointing.

If I had read these reviews here. I would never have ordered from this company. Their products are very poor quality. Clearly they have used AI for their adverts because what I received is definitely not what was advertised. I HAVE BEEN TEYING TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND NO RETURN LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE. I read their return policy and according to them, “ if the return is not their fault” then I have to pay to ship back to Seoul Korea. Clearly and under reasonable circumstances poor quality should be their fault but I can bet they will come back to say it’s not so I have to pay for shipping. Really bad experience. I will be more careful not about what I buy online.

Been waiting on an order for 3 weeks n trying to track my pkg was a website where they wanted to charge me 40.00 to track it. Crazy as hell. Never again.

WMNBLACK. I ordered 3 hoodies on November 24, 2025 . It was November 28 before I received confirmation that my order was on the way. December 13, 2025 is when I received my order. I believed the company was black owned. It is based in China. I also believed that this company catered to black women. I ordered an XL the size is too small. The lettering or wording is faded runny and worn. The material is of poor quality, and flimsy. The advertisement is very professional looking on social media. I was very disappointed with the items I received. I would have rated this company a negative -0.00 but 1 is the lowest that is given. My order was $75, If I had a chance to make the decision to shop this company again I would not. Nor do I recommend any one else to.

What's makes the dresses worth the price is having matching head scarf, that's how they advertise it but that's not what they send. It a cheap reprint dress with no head scarf.....DO NOT BUY !!!!
