We used Wolferstans for the sale of our house and for the purchase of our new home. We couldn’t recommend Suzie & Claire enough for all their help and support throughout the process. Thank you again and we would definitely recommend their services to all our family and friends.

My personal experience is excellent. Dealt with the Plymouth office for 2 separate occasions re probate for my parents. Both times - good communication prices reasonable (for a solicitir) and very helpful service from all people I spoke with.

I am writing this as I am sorting a mortgage and solicitor is through the lender. The solicitor thry are using awful. So many mistakes and poor communication For this reason irt has made me realise how professional Wolferstans were. Thank you. Sometimes you have to have poor service to appreciate the good. Wolferstans in Plymouth - excellent.

I had to book an appointment to get a boat load of documents certified and Wolferstans went out of their way to fit me in at very short notice, even helping with the printing and scanning. They didn't charge me the earth to do so either.
Charles was brilliant and we managed to get through the masses of paperwork that I brought with me to compensate for some other solicitors I am dealing with.
I'm not normally one to leave a review for everything but I think this visit deserves mentioning. Thanks for your help and expertise, without it I doubt I would be completing on time and the documents wouldn't be in the post right now. Definitely a recommendation for certification from me, thanks again for your support with this.

I have used Wolferstans 3 times over many years. The first time in the late 1980s and the last in 2024.
Each time I have found them to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
My last dealing with them was for a non-fault accident and they were very communicative and explained everything to me in non 'legalise'.
Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs , please be very careful. No communication unless it’s the bill . Got bullied into paying a bill a few days before court or no representation. Haping to charge for me phoning for updates when they don’t pass any information on . Got a court order I didn’t agree too.

Dealt with Wolferstans due to a sensitive family matter. Throughout the process, I experienced delays, a lack of transparency, was slandered, and was threatened multiple times. When I raised a formal complaint, this was their formal response " As you are not a client of this firm. I am therefore unable to accept any complaint from you or provide you with any further information.I am sorry that I am unable to assist you further." Sums them up, really, you dont spend money with us, we don't care!

Professional firm, albeit they ended up claiming they cannot take up any more clients when I tried to instruct them less than a week after sending me a formal quote.

We would not hesitate to recommend Leonie Rowe. She was extremely professional, understood our circumstances and concerns and knew exactly the right approach to take. Good communication throughout the purchase and fast replies to all our queries.
