A Disorganized Series of Errors
Sent completed documents for S-corp on 5/28. Called to f/u on 6/5; docs had accidentally gone into BizFilings employee's spam file. On 6/7 rec'd email at 12:56 PM confirming everything required had been completed. Same day rec'd email at 3.57 PM advising temporary hold because still missing social security # for EIN application. Spent 24 minutes on hold for their customer service team. My firm will be using a different service going forward.
