The food is generally bland and tasteless. The chicken tikka masala I ordered tonight was terrible. For a start it was way too spicy, but the most disappointing thing was there were 2 pieces of chicken and 9 pieces of potato. Why is there even potato in a chicken tikka masala in the first place? You cant complain to anyone because everything is AI. Wonder is a great idea, but the food is disappointing. Do better...

No wonder it’s called wonder! I am still wondering where my order is after more than an hour. It said one more minute then showed ghat no one even picked up my order. Also lots of fees for delivery. Order was $14 but with all the fees it was $21! Would not recommend. Also my first time.

I treated myself to a delivery, something I basically never do because so many others I see having terrible experiences and I can go get something from my kitchen. And it was a terrible experience. The driver never even came my way. After an hour I tried calling, They hung it up after two rings. I dug around to find customer service because it wouldn't let me cancel the order. The AI agent said they'd connect me customer service. No one came on, even though it was at least 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Repeated texts yield nothing. I call the AI agent. They sympathize and say say an agent will reach out when they open at 7. I see a series of texts that look like they are responding to me in time in the morning, though I was sleeping. As a "1-time courtesy" they cancely order, because that isn't allowed after prep has begun. I never got my food. I get a refund and a 10 dollar credit. Maybe I'll try again and go pick it up, since it's 10 minutes from my place,, but these reviews cast that into doubt. Wow. What a disgusting disappointment.

The order was 9 minutes late! One order was missing! The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery! The broccoli was just bad and mushy!

Payment issue after clicking button using $20 promo card while it shows order deducted to 0.. Tried 3 card of my own CC bank cards and no good. All Customer service said was check bank after trying and contacting them for hours!!. I know ITS not my bank you just shut it off on purpose… Thus False Advertisement… . Why dont you honor the cards that Exp 9/30/2026 you handed during sponsered events like they’re advertised?? Very poor practice. I am writing this on my experience and colleagues.

Ordered wings and pizza only wings delivered. Texted with ai who said it would get a human, never got a human. Called the help # got a human after 14 minutes hold. Said he was rendering my pizza and never came back to the phone.

I waited over 1.5 hours. App didnt update status, customer service via phone was useless. Done with this place

I genuinely cannot believe how difficult Wonder made what should have been an incredibly simple $8 credit issue.

I received an email from Wonder explicitly stating that $8 in credits had been added to my account. When I tried to use the credit, it wasn’t there, so I contacted customer support.

What followed was ridiculous.

I was initially dealing with an AI agent, which eventually transferred me to a human. I then had to explain the entire situation again from scratch. I provided the email showing the $8 credit, and the support agent acknowledged the issue and told me they would fix it.

Then, despite having just seen the documentation, I was told that the credit was actually $7. I provided additional screenshots showing the $8 promotion, only to be told to wait 48 hours for the system to update.

I spent nearly 30 minutes going back and forth with support while literally sitting in a Wonder parking lot. There were also multiple unexplained delays of several minutes between responses.

And after all of that, I still didn't have a resolution.

To be clear, this isn't about $8. It's about how incredibly poorly this was handled. If Wonder sends a customer an email saying they have $8 in credits, that credit should be available. If there's a technical issue, support should be able to resolve it without making the customer repeatedly prove what Wonder itself already told them.

I expected much better from Wonder. An incredibly frustrating experience over something that should have taken two minutes to resolve.

This will be my second time eating at this establishment, the first time I had their pastrami sandwich it was not that good, the meat was kinda dry definitely needed more mustard or at least given packets of mustard on the side, the sandwich itself was not very or as meaty as the picture showed, definitely not worth the price that Wonder charges for that sandwich, I have made much better from scratch.
My second time was a much better experience but I actually went into the restaurant to place my order at a kiosk from Kin House, General Tsos Chicken with white rice and an order of Char Siu Spare Ribs, everything was just about perfect the Generals Chicken was crunchy on the outside tender on the inside and the sauce maybe just a bit too sweet but very tasty just about the right amout of spicyness, the broccoli which was fresh and bright green and crunchy, the rice was perfect, the Char Siu Ribs were actually tender and flavorful, no complaints those two items I would order again, also the staff at Wonder was very helpful, friendly, and assisted you as best as they could as they were making orders along with assisting incoming customers, many that had no idea on how to place an order at the kiosk.

It was awful. I ordered a paneer tikka pizza from their DABBA restaurant. Received chicken pizza, which was insane. How can they give that to a vegetarian order? Tried contacting customer service many times; no luck. Calls drop, chats go silent. Never again.

If I could give no stars I would. The food was late, first of all. And the quality of what I received was awful! The pizza was undercooked and soggy and tastes worse than the stuff I used to get in high school. The macaroni I ordered was missing half the promised ingredients and was just lackluster. I tried to contact customer service and they stopped responding after the AI chatbot said they would get an associate for me. Definitely do not recommend.

0 stars! My order was really late and the app kept saying it was on time. No communication for the delivery person. Food was cold an soggy. The AI support bot refused to refund my payment. I Will use other delivery platforms from now on.

Order did not come as pictured. It came as wrapped meat. I ordered the brisket sandwich and got no sandwich. Just the meat wrapped in paper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS WAS THE ONE IN BETHESDA.

WE REALLY LIKE THE CONVENIENCE AND QUALITY. HOWEVER WE ORDERED LAST NIGHT . WE WANTED TO PICK UP AT 6 PM. THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO WE CHOSE THE EARLIEST AVAILABE AT 6:30 PM. ORDER 1051-7496. ORDER PLACED AT 5:27..AT 5:45 WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT IT WAS READY. SO SURPRISED BUT IT DID NOT TURN OUT WELL . THE SALMON SUFFERED FOR SITTING THERE AND IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. SO VERY VERY SORRY HAD TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW. HOPEFULLY THIS WRINKLE CAN BE STRAIGHTENED OUT

Firstly, the food is terrible. What’s worse is their deceptive (if not predatory) practices… they started charging me $7.99 Wonder+ monthly subscription without my knowledge and I didn’t catch it until 3 months later. They refused to refund. I urge everyone who has experienced this to write here AND file a complaint with the BBB. Companies like this know exactly that what they are doing is very unethical and they count on consumers not speaking up. They also don’t offer a way to contact customer support via phone, only email at which point you will get a scripted, generic response. My email was with Stephanie and Katie, who are trained to deter customer refund requests knowing full well the deception their company uses to land Wonder+ customers. Shady is an understatement. Karma.

It was overpriced for what it was. One person got a pasta dish that was supposed to have sausage and mushroom in it. Could not find a mushroom. Everything was luke warm at best. Everything was average at best.

If I could put negative stars as the rating, I gladly would. It’s *that bad* !!
The concept is poorly conceived and laughably executed! Do not waste your money in this scam of “celebrity chefs” offerings in one convenient place!
They claim everything is made fresh, but that is a complete lie—the food is clearly just poorly reheated, and they can never get the actual order correct. The service is incredibly slow. I honestly don't know a single person who has ever said they would go back. It is a total shame that people are buying into this hype and allowing these locations to continually pop up in our towns. We need to be boycotting this corporate assembly line and actually supporting our real, independent local restaurants instead.

I have ordered from the Wonder in Forest Hills, NY about 4 times. The first time I got to the store and they told me someone walked off with my order. They promised to remake it in 10 minutes, I waited 35 more minutes. Each time I ordered from Wonder the food got progressively worse. Finally they hit rock bottom. I ordered Indian from Dabba, 2 of the 3 items were so bad l contacted Wonder and demanded a refund. The customer service was good and she gave me my money back. But, lm done with Wonder, it’s just not worth the price.

We were very excited about free delivery from Cincin and placed an order through Wonder. About 30 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive, I called the restaurant to check on the status. They said they had no order from us and did not do business with Wonder. I'm glad I called and did not wait any longer. I sent a request via their website to find out what happened and make sure I did not get charged, but never got any response. Too bad. Won't be using them again!

Wonder tries to be a fancy food automat, nothing more. The foods just OK, the inside of the restaurant is like eating at a Bus Station- not very enjoyable. No personal interaction - just a kiosk to order food. Would rather go to a real restaurant for the same price, have a menu, and sit at a table. They don't even give you straws for your drink-oh right they don't have any.
