Delivery driver left parcel at front…
Delivery driver left parcel at front door when special instructions say back garden. The packaging the parcel came in was opened. Sneyds have refunded my delivery charge after them contacting me. DPD should be more careful with packages as we are paying for a service and delivering damaged packages isn’t acceptable

We're really sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your order. We always aim to follow customer instructions closely, so it’s disappointing to hear that your parcel was left at the front door despite your request.
We also understand your concern about the packaging being opened — that’s certainly not the condition we expect our products to arrive in.
Had we been made aware of this at the time, we would have been more than happy to send a replacement out straight away. I will be in touch with you directly regarding this
Best regards,
Ryan

Great Food, great choices, Great Service
My (still very active) Lab loves it, never refuses (it IS a Labrador though) her coat always shines and now she’s 7yrs old I get the choices that include ‘joint aid ‘ and her limp has gone away
The service is brilliant, I ordered a 15kg bag Thursday and it was delivered today
Great product, great service too,

As it’s the first time I have bought…
As it’s the first time I have bought the product don’t know yet , the thing that that confuses me is why I need twice as much of this food compared to the one I have I have been using , which is good food that my older dogs are fed on .

Thank you for your feedback, and we really appreciate you giving our food a try. If you ever have any questions or concerns, we’d always recommend getting in touch with us directly first — we’re more than happy to help and advise.
Regarding the feeding amounts: the guides on our packaging are just that — a guide. They’re based on average requirements, but every dog is different, and things like activity level, age, and metabolism can all affect how much food they need. We're more than happy to help tailor a recommendation based on your dog's individual needs, so please feel free to contact us.
Lifetime Sneyds fan!
Our dog was weaned on Sneyds and he's still loving it at 5 years old. His health, teeth and coat are superb. The delivery is always prompt and rewards and offers mean it's the affordable nutrition he deserves.

Excellent service from Sneyds
I've always had the most prompt and efficient service provided by Sneyds. I have recently contacted them when I urgently needed a supply of dog food whilst away from home and they were able to help me without any problem to them at all.
In addition, my dog has been enjoying Sneyds food since he was a puppy and he's a healthy 6 year old now! Thank you Sneyds!
