No scent, no support
Their New Leather scent has always been, in my opinion, the best car air freshener on the market. It smells like class. I’ve lost count of how many compliments I’ve received over the years. Everyone loves it. Normally, they’re strong for the first few days, and then the scent lingers beautifully for weeks.
Unfortunately, over the past year, something has changed. The New Leather wafers seem to have almost no scent at all. To make sure it wasn’t a fluke, I tested them across:
• Multiple retailers
• Direct orders from Wonder Wafers
• Ten different vehicles
• Dozens of friends and family
Everyone confirmed the same issue: there’s virtually no fragrance anymore.
When I contacted Wonder Wafers about exchanging my box for a new one, I explained my familiarity with the product. However, they refused to provide an exchange, saying no one else had complained, and that I’d need to pay return shipping. No customer should be expected to pay anything to return a defective product.
It’s disappointing to see a once great product decline, and even more disappointing to receive no support from a company I have supported for 8 years.
