Ill preface this by stating the obvious.

So all I'll say in this review in regards to Woo Casinos individual win loss ratio is that it is a properly licensed and regulated casino and gigantic wins are entirely possible here, I've experienced them personally.. however gigantic losses/losing streaks are also very much possible so make sure to ONLY GAMBLE WITH WHAT YOUR WILLING TO LOSE!

Now onto the bits that actually matter when it comes to choosing an online casino;

Bonuses: always a plentiful amount of these on offer most common of all being the mystery boxes which accumulate with each deposit of $30+ (AUD). Wagering of 40x is doable tho hard at times

The weekly lottery and daily races boast rewards of freespins with either a 3x wagering requirement or a 1x requirement which are very nice little cherries on any particularly succesful sessions.

Customer service is a somewhat mixed bag but overall a 4 star service. The live chat is there to fix any errors as always but are very limited in what they can do and tend to use pre written responses that can really draw one's ire at times.

The thing that really shines and somewhat negates the need for use of the live chat altogether thereby saving the overall customer service experience at Woo is the VIP program.

Once you reach a certain level you are assigned a VIP manager and man did I hit the jackpot with my manager Olivia. She has always been an absolute gem, a consummate professional in every sense of the word and a truly helpful informative and generous contact to me throughout a variety of differing situations that have arose throughout my time playing at Woo. If this review was solely based on the VIP manager I would give it a 5/5 everyday of the week. I can't speak to the efficiency of other managers but Olivia is top notch and the best I've dealt with at any of the many casinos I've used over the years.
