WOO.design Reviews

Love the chairs making the long time between ordering and delivery nearly worth it. Screwing the seats to the chairs is hard and takes a good few goes to get right.

I ordered three bottles of fuel , and took a while, and then when it did arrive the packaging was very excessive, such a waste.😔

Quality product, really well packaged and delivered on schedule.

Very helpful when I contacted them regarding arrival of my purchases.

Beautifully designed coffee table, arrived when it was supposed to, very happy with the purchase

The armchair is beautiful but there is a tiny cut in the side of the armchair and half of the leather on the chair is very rough and it looks like there is coating of some sort on it .. I have contacted Woo. Design and sent photos dand they were very prompt in their reply and they have referred the matter to another department but I haven’t heard from that department yet.

Quality construction, safe delivery.

Love my purchase. V good quality. Delivery took a while but company very responsive when checking on delivery times.

Would purchase again.
Thank you.

My bench arrived well before the time advised which was a lovely surprise. The bench itself is perfect and exactly as advertised. I’m very pleased with the overall service.

The website is excellent. All necessary info given. Even though there was delay in the item I was kept fully informed.
And I love my console table!

Item arrived in a few days & excellent to deal with online

Woo Design are our go to for furniture and nick knacks. Our latest purchase was a new bed and we couldn't be happier.

Love your stuff. Have bought a good few pieces, very unique

The range of furniture and the style is excellent and the customer service is also excellent. Very Happy to recommend them. Thanks Lorna Kee, Kee Interiors. Skerries.

Woo. design is a beautiful store
High quality, creative products
Highly recommend

The product choice is unique and good value. Delivery was delayed however, so I was months waiting for my order of some side tables. But on arrival, they were lovely quality.

Very quick delivery and lovely sofa table

The product (2 hurricane lamps) arrived with glass broken. The company were unable to replace these and a refund was applied however this was disappointing due to careless packaging

Love them. Perfect size and exactly what looking for 👌🏼

I ordered a Vigo Side Table from them a few weeks ago and was informed that delivery would take six weeks. I was pleased to wait. However, the delivery arrived early in just four weeks. I contacted their customer service on several occasions and found it very easy to connect with them. They provided me with precise updates including specific delivery dates. The product quality is excellent. The table was straightforward to assemble and the instructions were clear. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.
