The company is fraudulent. They take your money and do not send you the product or refund your money if you try to cancel your order. I have sent numerous emails requesting help, and they do not respond. I paid for a pair of shoes and never received them. Do not buy anything from this company—it is a scam.

Fraude,as adidas que comprei a 20 de Outobro ,até ao dia de hoje,nunca as recebi.Apos vários contatos por email ,as respostas sao autmaticas ,primeiro uma Vera ,depois um Justin Jones.O telefone ninguem atende.Nao COMPREM NESTE SITE,o barato sai caro!!!A transacção foi Internacional.

This place is full of shit. DO NOT PURCHASE I was told my shoes would be shipped in 2-3 business days which was a lie. Waited a month they stop replying thru email because I continued numerous of time asking for a refund they told me they didn't even have the shoes they were coming from Europe and to wait til I get the shoes in my hand to ship back for a refund. I think the gimmick is to have you wait so long that even they know your bank won't let you dispute the charge after like 40 days. I waited 30 days and disputed to get my money back never again.

I bought my sneakers more than one month ago, they just give me a lot of excuses, then they got tired of me and they stopped to answer my emails.
I'm asking for a chargeback to the bank. THIS IS SCAM, PLEASE DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Scammers. Ordered shoes that I never received. They don’t respond to emails and there is no number to call.

Total scam. Had to request a charge back from my credit card company because of these scammers. Their star rating on their site just links to trust pilots star rating, not their own.

This store is completely fake. I made a purchase in September and haven’t received anything, it’s been two months now. On top of that, they use some random address from an office center in Lisbon, which says it has no connection to this store.

But fortunately, I found out more about these scammers! I will annoy them until I get my money back.

Burla! Scam Scam Scam! placed an order in August and until now I didn't received any item. I tried to contact them multiple times and nothing!

Infelizmente , é um esquema para roubarem as pessoas ! fazem nas acreditar e são prestáveis no início para dar todas as informações , as pessoas fazem a encomendam pagam, recebem o e-mail de confirmação , uns dias depois recebem o e-mail de envio.... e passa um mês e nada recebem!!! tenham cuidado para nao serem enganados como eu infelizmente fui !

Encomendei umas Samba em Novembro, recebi um email a avisar que demorariam 10 a 19 dias uteis. Aguardei.
Com o passar do tempo fui achando estranho! Liguei e o telemóvel está desligado. Não respondem aos emails. E nao tenho qualquer tipo de codigo para seguimento de encomenda

I placed an order 11/3/2024 and of of today I never received the order. Two weeks ago I received and email from Justin Jones asking to wait longer. I been asking to please refund me my money and now no one responds to the emails and I never got the shoes.
Stay away from this website as they are a scam!
