Do NOT put any of your details into the website to check delivery options (as I did) somehow they keep these details, even though they were never ever submitted and I didn't give them permission to do so. They then use those details, which is a breach in GDPR to contact you via WhatsApp. When told they are breaching GDPR and to remove all details they continued to message asking why! I have reported to the ICO for breach of data. This is clearly a dodgy company and I didn't even purchase anything. Recommend to stay clear.

We had a very poor experience with Wood Mall Furniture and would strongly caution others before ordering.

We chose them because their wardrobe was about £35 cheaper than elsewhere and the website stated free delivery with card payment on collection. Unfortunately, the delivery date and time changed four separate times, each time at short notice.

The final straw was when we replied to their WhatsApp message to confirm they accepted card payments (as advertised), only to be told they would only take cash or bank transfer on delivery. This completely contradicts their own website and offers no customer protection if the item arrives damaged or isn’t as described.

At that point we cancelled the order and blocked further contact. No money was exchanged, thankfully, but based on our experience I would advise others to avoid this company.

Lied about delivery,
Lied about product,
Would not partial refund the difference,
Would not even communicate after i raised the issue.

Stay far away you don't know what is coming.

I ordered a 2‑door mirrored wardrobe with built‑in drawers from Wood Mall Furniture on 25 March. Their website clearly stated that payment could be made by debit or credit card on delivery, and that a card reader would be provided.

Delivery arrived on 27 March, but the items were not boxed, only wrapped in blue clingfilm. I was at work, so my husband received the delivery. The delivery man then claimed they only accepted cash or bank transfer, despite the website promising card payment. They did not bring a card reader. Feeling pressured, I reluctantly paid by bank transfer.

Once the delivery team left, my husband began unpacking the furniture and discovered the following:

• Broken mirror with missing pieces
• Damaged and cracked panels
• Damaged screw holes
• Missing or incorrect hanging hooks/rails

I contacted the company immediately via WhatsApp and email, sending photos of all the damage. I briefly spoke to someone on one of their numbers who said they would “rectify it,” but after that call they stopped answering completely. Messages have been ignored, and no replacement or refund has been offered.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I have reported the issue to the relevant authorities and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Horrendous company do not use. Wardrobe that was purchased came damaged and with clothes rail missing. They would not answer the phone or email. But where really chatty before item was delivered. The wardrobe was not expensive but was badly made

They sell broken furniture, no one replies when you want to exchange it, they read WhatsApp but don't reply, I don't recommend it, shitty quality i have picture but i cant uploud

Don’t waste your money requested side drawers on bed it came with top drawers and the mattress spring is already coming through after 5 days of a child sleeping on it they don’t respond to email or what’s app really poorly made bed mattress also is slightly too big for the bed so it hangs off the end would give no stars if I could

I would give minus if I could. These are scammers. They show very good communication in the start and once you buy, they just disappear. They sent wrong item and then when I complained they disappeared. Their email dont work. They dont respond on WhatsApp. No contact. Beware and dont buy from them. Also they offer cash on delivery for a reason and there is no record.

Ordered bed on Thursday and was delivered sat morning ! Top class service and bed was good quantity for the money would highly recommend.

THIS IS A SCAM. Would do 0 stars if i could. I bought a wardrobe with a mirror on the door, and when it came, it was a completely different wardrobe with no mirror. Then when I tried to return it, they wouldn’t let me and I had to make do with what I had. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. if you are considering buying anything from this website, definitely DON’T do it unless you want to get SCAMMED.

Well this company I ordered a bed from seem all good at the time emails back messages back yada yada yada and then delivery has arranged and that’s when it changed delivery driver arrives very early morning well for me anyway cause I work nights put bed in and took our money and disappeared off. We were put in a bed together and we noticed that one bit of the bed was shorter than the other of it so with that I tried to call the company online use their web chat and also send an email. I’ve not had any luck contacting this company so that for that shows me Their scammers Cowboys they’re a fake company. I’m expecting a full refund if this is not done, I’ll be taking you a trade-in standards. I’ll also be hunting you down and involve in the police as it’s classified as theft plus under the consumer rights act of 2015. I’m entitled to a full refund due to the bed being faulty are not fit for purpose so I suggest anyone else thinking about buying from this website don’t they are scammers and I don’t think it’s not many people working there. I think it’s a small amount of people.

i’m disgusted with the service i have recieved, the person i spoke to over whatsapp was rude and ignorant. i booked a delivery on a monday for a saturday, they come saturday at 7am with the wrong bed the delivery driver was a stuck up pr**k which already had my bloody boiling i then waited for another bed they told me 5pm and then at 7 then they said delivery would be monday . when i went against this they was rude and hung up, no correspondence or communication would never reccomend to anyone

My bed was delivered in 2 days, the delivery man was friendly yet professional. The bed was packaged well in clear plastic so I was able to check the item was correct and there was no damage. Thankyou Wood Mall furniture

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COLLECTED MONEY AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ALL MESSAGES WHEN I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE LOCATION THEY KEPT MY WARDROBES. WARDROBES WERE LEFT IN THE LIVING ROOM. THEY WENT AHEAD AND BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP.

The wardrobe sets is amazing and the team were super fast and efficient when contacting them. They were helpful and friendly and fast delivery service. The wardrobe looks way better than the pictures and worth the price.

The sales team answer immediately and are always ready to help guide us. The delivery is efficient as well. Very friendly team.
