Glucosamine and emu cream faulty top.
I bought two 50ml Glucosamine and emu oil. The pressurized tops did not work. I phoned and told the person the batch number etc. He said replacements would be with me within three days. I've heard nothing since.

Good product, dreadful delivery service
I've been using the supplements for some time and they seem to do the trick. However, on this occasion when I thought I'd ordered in very good time for travelling (ordered 29th Jan and away on 6th Feb), Yodel has not delivered. They allegedly knocked on the door on a day when I and my partner were both at home, and so far (5 Feb) have not even managed to get it to our nearest locker. Pretty pathetic.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good but had trouble with the pump action of the Glucosamine and Emu oil gel. I had to remove the base and push the gel up towards the top. Also the date said manufactured Dec 2024, so hope it still has the full quality.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with the joint gel. I will ask the warehouse to carry out a random check on this product. Just to confirm, the product has a 12 month shelf life from opening so as long as the product hasn't been used until now, it will be effective for 12 months.
Good stuff!
The items I ordered from Woods arrived very quickly and were all correct. The quality is always good; I have been ordering and using Woods supplements for many years and have never been disappointed.

Your company did really well
Your company did really well. But the delivery firm you used was not very good. They delivered to a neighbour saying that they could not get passed my gates, I do not have any gates and I was in at the time of delivery.
