Great Team, including Megan & Caitlin at the early stages from agreeing the house purchase, to Lisa and Rachael 'getting the job done', completing in a matter of weeks, rather than several months as with previous conveyancing experiences. Overcoming potential external delays i.e. Local Authority Searches backlog, with a suitable indemnity. Also ensuring our interests were adequately protected where certain legal / technical matters on the house were vague / ambiguous. The Hoowla app was also really helpful, keeping the updates flowing. We will definitely be using the Woodward's Team again.

I would like to give a 5* review to Lucy Partington at the Wigan branch of Woodward Solicitors. I cannot praise her enough for her services in the buying and selling of my properties. She was always available to answer my queries and although the buying of my current home was not straight forward, I found the whole process stress free and would not hesitate in recommending her personally and Woodward Solicitors.

We have just completed the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new one. There were a few issues at first, but once the management of the case was handed over to Lydia things ran more smoothly. She was a delight to work with and is a credit to Woodwards - she is friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Woodwards to family and friends.

I had to sell my partner's house when he died so it was a very traumatic and difficult time. I used Woodward Solicitors for this. I had to obtain probate before I could sell the house and Woodward were so helpful with that as well as the actual sale. These transactions are inherently stressful anyway and at times like mine the stress could have been overwhelming. I could not have survived this process had it not been for the sympathy, and co-operation and understanding that everyone at Woodward has shown me. I cannot praise enough the way I was guided through this unfamiliar situation and I can heartily recommend Woodward Solicitors for that. I had contact with several people at Woodward over the weeks and all were splendid but I would like particularly to mention Megan Retford who was my first contact and who guided me through the early stages and Lucy Partington who carried the process to completion. I thank them all.
