Wood Workers Workshop Reviews

Everything was perfect, the prices were the best I could find for my order. The shipping was great and I think the packaging was the best I've ever had in an online order. I'll definitely use Wood Workers Workshop again.

Good prices, excellent communication and swift dispatch make this a first choice on line provider of tools. First class customer services; there was a manufacturer's problem with one item, in sealed packaging, for which the provider offered a refund or replacement with no argument.

The customer service is exceptional and the products they sell are very good quality and from excellent woodworking makers
I will always go to woodworkers workshop first

Really good company that delivers promptly. Would recommend

In a couple of weeks it will be two years since I placed my first order with Wood Workers Workshop and they are the first place I look when I need something or to just browse and see what is new.
The service is always excellent, advice readily available, top quality product ranges and speedy responses WWW is a rare gem in current times.
(They also publish ALL their verified reviews, unlike some I could mention.)

Great, fantastic service from an amazing company.
From start to finish this company in my experience went the extra mile to make sure I was extremely happy with the product I bought. Would I buy from them again most certainly I would. Wood workers what ever you make this the company to go for.

Excellent woodworker webshop, only quality products. Best prices and fast shipping to Belgium.

Have dealt with WWW for some years now and very happy with their service and product range.
Always good advice when required. If I wasn’t happy, I wouldn’t keep coming back.

Been using this company for the last 5 years for tools and supplies, never had an issue with them, orders always sent promptly and well packaged. Would highly recommend

Great choice of tools at competitive prices. Speedy delivery with excellent communications.
Highly recommended

I have made a number of purchases over the last few months from WoodWorkersWorkshop. The products are all high quality and allow me greater precision than what I had before.

What has really impressed me though is phoning up with questions. The people I've spoken to have been honest and open, listened to my questions and given advice that has been spot on.

A real measure of a business is when something goes wrong. In my case it was very minor - a missing collet in a replacement router motor and router lift. A replacement for the missing collet was immediately dispatched by Andy.

I'm sure that I could purchase items for less online, but the knowledgeable advice and the after sales service really makes up for any additional cost.

Fortunately, I accidentally stumbled upon the Wood Workers Workshop when I was looking for a few items a couple of months ago.

From the outset of dealing with this company I’ve been impressed with the way they deal with online orders. The website is easy to navigate, and boasts a raft of high quality tools to help you get the job done.

Furthermore the buying experience is top notch, with a seamless checkout and multiple payment options, to the communications once you press the ‘buy now’ button. Instant order confirmation and further follow up messages advising the progress of your order through to delivery.

It’s clear to see the team behind the scenes do their utmost to ensure you receive your order swiftly and in perfect condition. The packaging of the products is superb, I’ve ordered a couple of quite flimsy (designed that way) high quality items and they’ve all arrived in pristine condition.

Over the last couple of months, I’ve made 4 orders, and I’ve been highly delighted with every one, the quality of the supplied products, ordering experience, speed of delivery and of course the packaging. Needless to say, Wood Workers Workshop is permanently bookmarked in my favourites and I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality woodworking tools.

Best Regards
Derek

Wood workers workshop is the place to find the best quality tools available they only supply tools of the highest quality from the best manufacturers in the business.I have purchased various quality items from the company weather you are an experienced carpenter or an avid DIY user if you start with the best quality tools available you will only need to buy them once if you are not sure what you need give them a call and a member of the experienced staff will be happy to help and advise you.I have always found the staff to be very knowledgable and courteous if you purchase from WWW you can be sure you are buying the best quality tools available backed up with the best advice and after sales service.perhaps your budget won’t stretch to the best on the market but you will be advised on the best way to meet your needs. The advice from people in the trade can save you time and money and save you making costly mistakes chat to the people who know.
My own experience with WWW has always been second to none the friendly practical advice is always better than finding out the hard way on your own.
Thanks for the help and advice you have given me and I hope to continue in the future.

I stumbled across Wood Workers Workshop a few months ago when I was hunting for some BOW products and I must say what a pleasant find. Great people who take the time to get the products delivered in record time. I'm in Johannesburg and from time of ordering the tools take 4 days to get to my door which is about the same time it takes to get a local delivery. Amazing service and assistance everytime. Keep it up guys.

Purchase the JessEm Advanced Excel ll Router table package. Plus a collection of associated add on table parts.
Quality table router as you would expect with the initial cost of purchasing a market leading router table package.
Some items were out of stock which slowed delivery. I would purchase another one if I had the finances.
Thank you, Woodworkersworkshop for a professional transaction. Oran Harper.

The Customer Service experience is excellent. When I telephoned for advice before buy the AUK Professional Router package there was a clear desire to help you and direct you to the best product that meets your needs and within budget. Over the last few years this has become my number one site for purchasing my woodworking tools.

I’ve ordered a few times from this company and had no issues whatsoever
Everything has always come well packaged next day delivery
The website has an excellent range of tools
Happy customer

They offer a great range of high quality products, the web site listings are very detailed which helps to make informed decisions / purchases including videos. I have made several purchases and products are always shipped quickly (mostly on the same day) , carefully packaged and using quality couriers so things just arrive without any delays. I ordered one of their complete router table offerings which is fantastic but I needed some help with some of the assembly and their phone / WhatsApp support was excellent. It is great to find such a quality company.

These guys always go the extra mile I have always had a great experience buying from these guys stock great tools and always give excellent service
