Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far one of the worst car rental companies I have ever dealt with.

The app clearly stated that I would not need to meet anyone and that I could simply unlock the car using the app. That information was completely false. Instead, I was forced to go to the company’s office to collect the vehicle, wasting a lot of my time and causing unnecessary stress.

The customer service was an absolute joke. It was almost impossible to reach anyone, and when you’re standing there with no idea what to do, that’s unacceptable. If your entire service depends on customers knowing where to go, the least you can do is provide accurate instructions and answer the phone.

The whole experience was disorganized, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. A company that cannot provide clear information or basic customer support should not be in the car rental business.

I would never use this company again and I strongly recommend that others avoid it unless they want to waste their time and deal with unnecessary stress.
