The Chartered Physio, Jo, that I had my WLE session with was very informative, investigated some issues I was having and requested some equipment to be ordered to help me with some historical issues I'd been having. She also highlighted bad working habits I'd gotten used to over the years. Really good.

Tanya at WorkLife was excellent! Very friendly and thorough in her assessment and I picked a few useful tips/adjustments even though I've been working from home for years.

Tanya was very thorough with the evaluation and assessment of my work area and also offered insight and tips for ways to help with posture, movement and making sure I tried to minimise potential degradation to my vision, I couldn't recommend enough.

The accessor was very knowledgeable in her area and her aim was to try and make my work life as comfortable as possible.

Jo came to the Innovation Centre in Colchester at a meet the neighbours event. She only had a limited amount of time but she very clearly described the best practices / methods for setting up your workstation. I would highly recommend you ask her to come and see you and make sure you are working well and in a comfortable manner and in a way which will minimise your risk of injury. My review was with Jo. Ahead of time, it was booked for a date and time that best suited me. Jo was on time.

The review of my workstation was extensive and I felt that Jo did not rush. She took her time assessing everything and made notes throughout the video consultation.

I was asked a variety of questions regarding my work routine, work tasks, general activities, exercise routine and many more. I also sent images and measurements.

Jo was polite and extremely professional. I felt comfortable throughout and everything I wanted to discuss, I was able to.

After the assessment, Jo followed up with additional resources to help with my situation and arranged for excellent stands and a ergonomic desk chair according to my needs.

I was impressed with the level of service, the professionalism of Jo and Tanya and would highly recommend WorkLife Ergonomics.

Great experience with Work Life Ergonomics. Tanya was amazing, speaks well so you fully understand what's required and being assessed.
Guiding you through the process and listening to your comments/ concerns, the entire process was smooth and educational in understanding basics and ways of working on desks for long periods of time without harming your well being.

Recommendations are great and all make sense for what is required to work well.
