Workfront helps us manage our work.
We use it to manage our projects that we have with clients (we do consulting for other companies). It gives transparency to the client, is a good repository for people to go to find updated statuses and documents, and is excellent at handling Issue resolution.
As a company, Workfront also does a pretty good job of listening to their customers.

A service provider that really listens to its customers
Using Workfront is collaboration at its best and is an easy to administer tool.
As an administrator of our Workfront instance, I find we can adapt our processes easily to meet our users' needs.
The way Workfront genuinely listens to its customer's feeedback is unlike any other software provider I have ever worked with.

sometimes it is hard to understand …
sometimes it is hard to understand employees on the phone due to dialect. the webinars are informative but sometimes we have questions and there doesn't seem to be time for them. if you are going to offer a survey, a static answer should be i have not tried this yet.
Love the Idea Exchange. Nice to know i am not the only one wanting the things i want.

Excellent product that constantly evolves and places emphasis on customisation and configuration allowing you to develop a version relevant to your business. I've used the product for over 4 years and have been impressed with the breadth of functionality that it affords across the P3M disciplines.

Amazing flagship product, flawless support
The Workfront project management solution is an amazing product, but even if it weren't, the Workfront customer service team is amazing. From initial purchase through the implementation cycle through year 2 and beyond support, I feel like I'm taken care of as a partner in the product.

The team at workfront are always friendly...
The team at workfront are always friendly and helpful. the online training is fantastic. The tool itself works for my team who are managing multiple projects with dispersed teams of employees and vendors. Everyone can see their tasks and the kanban boards are very user-friendly.

Workfront - Integral to my job.
I have used Workfront for many years, and it is integral to all our work processes within our company. It is a great product with many different features, and they are always delivering new and improved functionality, and have a helpful and responsive support team.

I love Workfront!
I love Workfront so much that I don't think I could use another project management system. The company is very behind making their product better and with each new release I love it more and more. You are able to customize almost anything, which makes it easy to give everyone exactly what they need.

Great product, Excellent support
Great product, Excellent support. Workfront is a great tool for managing projects and work queues. We've implemented it for such things as maintenance queues where the team can pick up the requests on their iPhone to more complex projects and programs. The system is HIGHLY configurable and so you need to plan things out during the implementation to achieve results. The one drawback is that the benefits tracking and program-level support is a bit thin.
