Workfront helps us manage our work.
We use it to manage our projects that we have with clients (we do consulting for other companies). It gives transparency to the client, is a good repository for people to go to find updated statuses and documents, and is excellent at handling Issue resolution.
As a company, Workfront also does a pretty good job of listening to their customers.

As an administrator of our Workfront instance, I find we can adapt our processes easily to meet our users' needs.

sometimes it is hard to understand employees on the phone due to dialect. the webinars are informative but sometimes we have questions and there doesn't seem to be time for them. if you are going to offer a survey, a static answer should be i have not tried this yet.

I love Workfront so much that I don't think I could use another project management system. The company is very behind making their product better and with each new release I love it more and more. You are able to customize almost anything, which makes it easy to give everyone exactly what they need.

Great product, Excellent support
Great product, Excellent support. Workfront is a great tool for managing projects and work queues. We've implemented it for such things as maintenance queues where the team can pick up the requests on their iPhone to more complex projects and programs. The system is HIGHLY configurable and so you need to plan things out during the implementation to achieve results. The one drawback is that the benefits tracking and program-level support is a bit thin.
