I am sharing my personal experience to warn others and encourage them to be careful before sending money.
I signed an Agreement with Work Plus Manpower and paid the requested fees based on the services they promised to provide. I was informed that they would handle the recruitment and visa-related process for candidates.
After receiving my money, I was later informed that they would no longer work with me and that my money would be refunded.
In WhatsApp conversations, I received multiple promises such as:
✅ “We refund after Easter”
✅ “He will give you everything back”
✅ “Don't worry, he won't cheat”
✅ “Send me where we can send you back money”
However, more than six months have now passed, and I still have not received my refund.
Each time I ask for my money back, I receive new excuses, no response, or communication is cut off. In some cases, I have even been blocked.
I have the following evidence in my possession:

✅ Proof of payment
✅ WhatsApp conversations
✅ Refund promises
✅ Screenshots
✅ Communication records

Based on my personal experience, I paid money for services that were not completed, was told that cooperation would be terminated, and was repeatedly promised a refund that has still not been returned after more than six months.
I strongly advise everyone to conduct thorough research, verify all legal documents, and obtain written guarantees before sending any money.
