some features work well and support is ok, but a few key parts didn't perform as expected and setup was a bit slow. decent overall, but could use improvements in reliability and ease of use.

All the reviews here are fake. Notice all of them have just one review. The experience with Workrr was beyond terrible

We signed up with WORKRR at the beginning of February. We were sold SaaS product that was materially misrepresented, non-functional, and did not perform as promised despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues with WORKRR. After two months trying to get a functional, working product, we terminated our relationship and asked for the Money Back Guarantee we have been provided upon purchase. While the concept is good, the product does not function as stated.

I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF by too many companies with slick sales guys and promised everything I was asking for. Was told I would be 1 in a 100 in the world to have access to selling Al calling. That I would be flooded with leads. I felt burnt and betrayed to say the least. I heard a few of the agencies that moved over to using Workrr instead and within a couple weeks getting wayyyy more value than I received in the past 8 months from the other company I was with. So instead of whining to myself and letting that bad experience destroy my vision, I gave Workrr as shot from everything I was hearing. BEST decision I have made. It's always that point where you feel like you're going to give up where the best things happen to you.

2 months in under their agency plan. 329 customers. O hours spent onboarding. I'm just gonna leave it at that.

Succeeding in any business takes risks. Workrr is a risk that is more than worth taking. Not only have we had great success implementing these tools, but we have found their team to be the most helpful and pleasant company to work with.

Simple. If you want to take a 1-2 years learning curve packed with mistakes, and turn it into being spoon fed the perfect ingredients and cutting that time down to 2 weeks, then I highly suggest you do whatever it take to work with Workrr. I would've gladly forked up 10x the cost in a heartbeat.

If almost every business isn't using the systems Workrr has built within the next year I would be surprised. Their setups literally automate entire human roles, never sleep, never get tried, always has the right things to say to convert a lead. We had to scramble to keep up with the demand trying to hire more closers. Speaking of which I did hear them mentioning building systems.

We have been in the marketing space for a while now. Always on the lookout for new tools to incorporate to try and stay ahead of the market. We tried the do it yourself approach with Al and quickly learned there is a lot to know. We found Workrr and automated solutions they have created. It seems as if they have blown us and our customers away with the automated solutions they have created. It seems as if they're always available for us and truly feel that sense of a white-glove experience.

I am amazed at how well this company is put together. Their entire team from the founders, the directors, onboarding, support, etc. It seems like they all have their spot in the company and are completely organized. You don't see that a lot with most of these Al companies. We are an agency that got a custom use case built out for our clients and we're almost ready to launch.

Scott James has been an absolutely AMAZING addition to the Workrr team. Not only has he been able to provide the BEST help for me and my company but he's also been there for me every step of the way helping me grow it. Huge shoutout to this man.

Our team has been working with this company for the past couple months through another platform we are using. These guys truly provide a ton of value and we look up to them as top notch experts in the Al space. They really know what they're doing and are great at teaching.

I was a referral of a referral which doesn't begin to even speak lengths about how professional Workrr is. We have tried so many different Al solutions ourselves and even hired on some cheap agencies to help. We were just about ready to give up on Al. When my friend showed me what Workrr setup for them and the results they were getting with it, I was blown away and had to try for myself. Our build took about 3 weeks, but it was fully custom to automate the outreach and other tasks that were specific to my business. So I like the customizability approach they take to fit my business processes. Not just the same cookie cutter crap that is out there.

BEST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE! Seriously. We had Workrr build us a custom Al solution to not only automate our entire follow up, book appointments, reschedule appointments, all using Al texts calls and emails. But they also were able to automate our in-house collections for when our customers are past due. Which has been a HUGE help and instantly reaped the rewards from both of these setups. The results have already paid for itself plus more.
