offered me 20% refund. watch is not Samsung and is totally inaccurate.

totally gutted. I wish there was a zero star rating. I have reported them to my bank to hopefully get my money back.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Do not buy. this shop is a joke and you get fake products and no customer service to return the items..

Avoid this scammers. Fake website with fake products. In process of reporting them to the relevant authorities.

The watch I bought was supposed to be a Samsung from the website, however it arrived without any Samsung branding on the box, instructions or watch itself.
I bought this specifically for the blood pressure readings which are inaccurate (comparative to a blood pressure machine, it is out by 30%). I tried to return this item because it didn’t perform what I needed from it but they will not accept it, and only offered a small compensation.
Also, the watch arrived only with the possibility of 2 faces, instead of the multiple that are indicated on the site. I am not comfortable with either of those choices.

I now have to fork out for another watch without having the money back from this. Very disappointed and will actively steer people away from using this website.

There should be no stars! I too have been scammed by these people. I have waited weeks for the watch, delivery times changed to 18th Jan, ordered on 4th Dec. I have opened up an enquiry with PayPal and my bank. They are using .co.uk so it was misleading. Offered 40% off next purchase, what a joke!

I was bought a 'samsung' smart watch for a Christmas present! And it was clearly obvious when it arrived it was fake! Was offered 20% refund and 40% off the next order, but just wanted to send the thing back! Now no answer to any email!! NEVER buy anything from this website!!!!

Ordered a watch and decided next day to cancel my order and asked for refund. Couple days later I received an email that my order has been canceled and I'm due for a refund which I was happy with the result. Today I received an other email from them saying my order has been dispatched ! Emailed them again saying I have requested my order to be canceled and received email from them as confirmation that I'm going to receive the refund. No refund in sight and the support from them is just HORRIBLE. I advise not to order from them as they look to me as a scam website.

This company sells fake goods. They will ignore you once you place your order. I have been well and truly scammed and have reported them to the relevant authorities. AVOID like the plague.

The domain is changed the newsite is now called worldbestsellers.co.uk not ".com" Like everyone else I have been tricked into buying a Samsung Galaxy Active Watch. FAKE! The fact that it is a UK domain but is shipped all the way from Russia and other far off countries should hint this to us all already. Clearly, It didn't.

I will be contacting my bank for further action!

Don't bother emailing, They are quick to email you back once they have there money and it's paid for.

But not when you want a refund or to cancel your order! Do Not Buy Here!

Oh how I wish I had read the feedback on this Company before I ordered a so called Samsung Smartwatch. Like everyone else I have been scammed, and although they have responded to emails, they obviously don't want the 'fake' watch back, and their offers have ranged from refund of 20% to latest offer of a voucher to same price of watch, and to keep the watch - not sure I want either!!

Fake watches. Ordered a Samsung watch and got a cheap counterfeit watch that may look similar you know its a cheap and tacky fake

Ordered Samsung watch and surprised that it was coming from Estonia. Read the reviews on here and started to worry. The watch eventually arrived and my husband had no trouble setting it up and it is comfortable. Admittedly it is not Samsung but a real Samsung would cost considerably more. Overall not unhappy.

Please do not get caught out like I have - AVOID at all costs. I purchased a 'Samsung' smart watch. The package arrived and contained an unbranded copy, certainly NOT a Samsung. I am still trying to get a refund, the company use all kinds of avoidance tactics. Now seeking consumer advice...

Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch, it’s a cheap fake! No real help from the company, just offers of discounts or asking me to return it at my own expense. Have reported to PayPal, will also be reporting* to my credit card company. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a smart watch for £50 and when it arrived it came in a Samsung box but had Chinese symbols all over the watch face.The watch would not couple with my Sony phone.It was advertised has 30 day money back guarantee.I emailed the same day it arrived asking for return instructions.They wanted me to buy something else at a discount price.Eventually after 3 or 4 emails they told me to send it back to Estonia at my expense which would be around £16 and once they received it they would refund the purchase price.They are certainly a disreputable company and would advise anybody to give them a wide berth.

Ordered what I believed to be a Samsung active watch. Only wish I had read these reviews sooner as if something seems too good price wise to be true it usually is. The watch has arrived and it is a fake, I already expected it after reading these and have reported as fraud to my credit card company and sent countless emails to them which are either ignored or offer a discount on a next purchase like I would ever use them again!

Ordered 2 PS4 controllers, got 1. Customer service got bored and decided to stop replying, customer service phone number doesn't work. Will definitely be telling everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague and will look to escalate this further. They have stolen from me and many others, it's not right.

Paid for a TRX 2 months ago and still havent received. Sent me email saying that they provided the correct shipping and not their fault. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.
Update. WORLDBESTSELLER still claiming purchase is on its way. Obviously more lies.
Again, please AVOID this company. Claim they are bases in Hollland although have .co.uk website. Phone number in contact us never answer.
Update, not much report. Company claims on its way. Maybe they are bringing it to the UK on foot?
