I think it's a flaw that they can't…

I think it's a flaw that they can't provide final prices at checkout; there are costs that aren't known, like the final shipping cost. Also, there's no reference table to indicate the production time.

I was unable to change the shipping…

I was unable to change the shipping address so I could take advantage of PSST shipping. Also, I would like to be able to pick up my order at the Houston location in a will call situation. The shipping just adds to the expense of using World Emblem for emblems.

Reliable, but still some hiccups

World Emblem has been great to us over the years, however there is the cost of shipping which we had previously negotiated was raised significantly despite an agreement for a flat rate, and they erased all of our data and artwork that was older than 5 years even though we used it regularly.

World emblem is a company I have been working with for over 24 years. The company have grown tremendously providing great products and great service.

Orders continue to have missing emblems…

Orders continue to have missing emblems or the entire order shows shipped but we only get literally one or two names in. Seems like our order might be going somewhere else.

Next day delivery

Our biggest problem is getting the emblems delivered on time. At least once probably twice a week either they are held up in delivery or they were not released from world on time.
