After a long search for tiles we eventually bought our Crystal Ivory 60 x60 at the tralee store.Evan was so helpful and patient ..(as we had been discussing our room size/thoughts on more that one occasion !!) .these tiles make what once was a dark room into a bright light filled space. Absolutely delighted with our choice . Service was excellent.

I again unfortunately find myself in the position of having to give a very bad review to World of Tiles Limerick, despite me having used the store for the last approximately 20 years and until my last order I have been exceptionally happy with the service and the product. I have tried now, unsuccessfully, to make a complaint in relation to my last order.

World of Tiles Limerick are completely refusing to acknowledge any part in the fact that I was served by an very inexperienced staff member that completely messed up my order. My builder had to return on a few occasions to get the correct items needed. As a result of this unexperienced or untrained staff member my order was completely incorrect and incorrectly priced. The actual cost of the order was substantially higher then the quote given. I have tried to reason with World of Tiles that I would never have proceeded with the order if I had know the price, especially as the order was purchased during one of their "60" tile sales. The amount I had to end up spending for a small en-suite bathroom was ridiculous. World of Tiles have completely disregarded my complaint and are basically stating that because I amended the order (I completely changed the order to a different tile - the dimensions of my bathroom had not changed) the responsibility lies with me. They are not accepting the fact that the mistake made by their employee actually ended up costing me alot of money. They will not accept that THEIR mistake cost me an enormous amount of stress and anxiety as I had to try and find the extra money to pay my builder. It is very unfortunate that such a large store are completely turning this issue around to be the fault of the customer.

I have asked on numerous occasions to be contacted by the Regional Manager but I am still waiting for any phone call. There have been no communication errors either with my email , my work number or my mobile phone number.

Had an AMAZING experience in World of Tiles in Sandyford. This store and the staff are exceptional! Thanks to Ian for all of the help he was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. My new bathroom is now complete and is a dream. Will definitely be back soon!!

I purchased loads of laminate flooring (herringbone and straight planks) from World of Tiles (Tralee store). The staff were very helpful. I dealt with Evan and Adam while purchasing the flooring and the Alan (store manager) later on when I returned the unused boxes. I couldn’t fault any of them. Very respectful and helpful. I’ll definitely call again when I’m ready to do more work to my house. I’m very pleased with the way the flooring turned out.

I had a really nice time in World of Tiles Cork. Sales staff helped me to choose the tiles, they showed enviable knowledge about tiles and bathrooms.
I definitely recommend the shop and will come back again.

Purchased tiles from Sandyford Branch.

We spent over €3.5k and told them we were building in Kilkenny. There was no mention from sales rep regarding delivery charges (and to be honest we didn't ask as assumed it would be provided). They then told us a week later that tiles had arrived and we had to organize delivery ourselves despite the world of tiles providing nationwide delivery for €60. Salesman tried to tell is it was 'from' €60 until we took screenshots to prove it.

They eventually agreed to match the online price only to call us back on the day of delivery demanding a further 45€ (including cents). Absolute joke of a shop and would not recommend dealing with them at all

UPDATE: To my surprise, a courier delivered tiles to replace all that were broke in transit. I'm still giving a 4 star review as the company gives good service, just with very little communication :) which maybe is a good/fun thing in this day and age... to be surprised in a good way.

I was really pleased and excited to find the tiles I wanted on the website, even happier when they would be delivered to my door in less than a week; however, when the tiles arrived (within the expected window) of the 150ish tiles I ordered more than 20 arrived with corners broken off in transport due to the lack of care in packaging (2 full boxes, 1 opened box and a bag of grout plastic wrapped to a small pallet). Furthermore, the grout looks to be out of date and was damp from the rain of the day. I have emailed the company and not received a response as to whether I will be refunded or the tiles will be replaced. So I am left to re-figure the design of project in order to incorporate the broken tiles and how to salvage any potentially poor grout. Still, the tiles are beautiful and price is comparable to other online tile sellers in Ireland.

Order a sample 2weeks ago paid for delivery still waiting.

Bought tiles online, great price .... best price around, great quality, delivered quickly. Very happy.

I contacted online customer services about an issue on the website and got a call from Niamh Clinton, the marketing manager, who was friendly, professional and helpful. She sent me a link in an email later to fix the website problem and followed up with another email to tell me that the tiles had been dispatched. 11/10 Niamh for an excellent customer experience!

I ordered some tiles which were badly smashed when delivered.
The delivery driver on the day acknowledged the tiles were broken in transit.
I took photos of the smashed tiles on the pallet and sent these on to World of Tiles customer service along with a request for a refund of my payment.
To date, two weeks later, despite a number of email reminders I have heard nothing from World of Tiles.
Disgraceful customer service - complete contempt for me as their customer.
