Worldteams is really helpfull for me, its a 100% remote job, with a lot of job offers, specialy for architects.
Its been really helpfull that the proyects are based on deadlines, so i can manage my time with my studies and work.
It's a good company, you can work as an independent contractor and organize timelines with your clients. You have english classes and professional development.

El trato humano es excelente y trabajar en world teams se siente como pertenecer a una comunidad grande de profesionales, las core coach te ayudan en todo el proceso de busqueda y siempre estan para ayudarte con cualquier necesidad, te brindan herramientas y tutorias sobre una gran variedad de temas y se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir comodo. Fue muy facil encontrar un cliente que cumpliera con mis habilidades, tuve varias entrevistas y propuestas previas pero realmente luego de ya mas de un año de trabajar puedo decir que me siento super conforme con todo relacionado a la empresa y a mi cliente, en este proceso las reclutadoras lo dan todo. Tambien me ofrecieron puestos donde no era necesaria la experiencia en el exterior o incluso el ingles, pero contar con eso siempre ayuda a mejorar la busqueda. En resumen, entre con incertidumbres y dudas y me sorprendi para bien con lo bien armado que esta todo y su buen funcionamiento, super recomendado intentarlo!
