Lack of communication and info about your order..
I placed an ordered but i never received a confirmation email neither a tracking number. I had emailed and addressed what was going on. it took about a week for a response and the i received a tracking order. I ordered from a different website but same name as wormhole and they seem more reliable than this website.

I got everything I needed but on the website, it only gave me one option for ink caps and it took FOREVER to get here. But other than that, everything was good. For the most part.

I'm starting to think this is a scam site because clearly I'm not the only one not receiving an order and not receiving any feedback from customer support. You cant get a hold of anyone, they are non existent after you give them your money. Dont order from here!

Terrible Experience.
If I could, I would give a ZERO.
Bought a machine + kit a couple of weeks ago. NEVER received an email containing order details and etc. Just confirming payment (of course!). Then, three days ago I tried to login to my account to see how was the order and suddenly my password was incorrect. Contacted their support and haha No ONE is getting back too. I’ve sent two emails too. Nothing too.
Can’t access my account, can’t contact support, don’t know if my order is still processing after almost a month, if it’s on the way, If it arrived but someone around my building stole it… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.
UPDATE: After leaving a review on their Google, customer support finally reached out to me. My order was placed but never shipped due to an error in the system. They offered to ship another kit (from another warehouse) or a refund. I chose the refund.

Great experience with sales
Great experience with sales. Tattoo machine only lasted 150hours but what a great machine. This coming from 20+ experience. At least it payed for itself. Not disappointed.

The pens are amazing
The pens are amazing. I’m giving 4 stars because they mixed up my order and I ended up with one pen I ordered and another I didn’t but the one I didn’t order was of better quality vs the other I had originally purchased, I still want that flash pen but tomorrow is another day.
