Ethan was amazing! He made this process so simple and he worked diligently to get my 75 inch tv installed. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. I appreciate all his hard work and would recommend anyone who needs a tv installed to hire Ethan!

Ethan was amazing. My appointment was scheduled for 8pm, but he came an hour early since he was available. Ethan was very professional and did the job to perfection. 100 out of 100 and I would recommend to anyone looking to mount a tv.

At almost 9:15am I found & booked a 10am slot on Worththemount, & Ethan was here by 9:45. Extremely professional and efficient mounting my TV, & for an additional fee he was even willing to mount my mirror as soon as I asked. Will be recommending him to anyone seeking mounting services. If I could ZERO I would! These people had me wait a whole hour just for them to block me. If you know charter oak in euless then you know there isn’t towing yet they had the audacity to keep me waiting just for them to get here and try to tell me about where I live! I offered more money because I knew it was late so idk if they thought I was trying to rob them or what not but I am a 25 year old black male with all of my family residing in South Carolina! I do not appreciate this at all because if you are scary then you shouldn’t have accepted the job! I was even going to buy led lights just to put more money in their pockets but they are very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the BBB(.)

We did not have a very pleasant experience. Although the technician was ahead of schedule and arrived 15 minutes prior to our meeting. The technician arrived with a young child which could have lead to liability issues if he were to get hurt and we were never told he was going to bring a child to our home unsupervised while he worked on the tv. Upon arrival we were given a different price due to the surface he was installing the tv on and also informed that someone at the home would need to help lift the tv which was not previously discussed. There was an “add on feature on his site but since we were just requesting a tv to be mounted and nothing more, there were no “add ons” needed and since it was not a required field we did not see the extra cost for the surface material. We provided pictures and a detailed description prior to arrival and none of this was mentioned until he arrived the day of even though we exchanged texts the day prior. After looking at the tv mount we purchased which is meant for up to a 90” tv and were recommended this by a friend who used this exact mount for his 82” tv, we were told that it would not work due to the included screws not being long enough. The technician tried to find parts to piece together but was unable to find anything that would work. He did offer to go to Walmart to buy another mount and we could reimburse him but since we did not know what that cost would be or the type of mount he would get we declined. After determining he would not be able to mount the tv with the provided mount and we were not open to buying another mount at this time, he asked for $10 for gas. We obliged and provided it to him and he left. We believe this could have been a better experience if he asked questions prior to coming, given the fact that we did provide him a detailed description and a picture of the location where it would be mounted. Also bringing a child to “work” without previously disclosing that would be the case was also an issue for us.

For reference the approximate description was: “We are needing a 82” TV mounted on top of our fireplace. Getting a few quotes. We have the tv and mount sitting around waiting to be installed. Looking to lock something in and possibly get it done this week.

It already has an outlet. I do not need anything special done.”

My experience was great, quick and easy. Even arrived earlier than the appointment time set due to getting other jobs done quickly. He hung up my 86 inch TV And new mount along with Removing my 82 inch TV and old wall mount. He completed that task quickly. Also, if he doesn’t feel comfortable with certain equipment, he will advise you. Also be willing to go out of his way to get the proper equipment and tools for your TV to be mounted correctly.

He came in and did my 4 TV's 75" 65" and two 50" also he did my 100" screen. It took him only 1 hour to do everything the price and the work doesn't match. He does a way better job then the price he charges. Take my word this is the dude you need.

Ethan was great! He was able to contact me almost immediately and we were able to get everything scheduled in less than 5 min. He was extremely communicative and made the entire process super easy. He mounted my 75” in 20 min! Will def be contacting him again.
