I purchased a Nikon z6ii from WowCamera several months ago having read good reviews. The price was several hundred pounds cheaper than the same product would be on the British high street, so I decided to take the chance.

Upon making the purchase I had several communications with Sally at WowCamera, who always responded in a very prompt and friendly manner, and she was able to arrange an expedited shipping for a small extra cost (£8). I had the camera in my hands around 1 week after making the purchase. The product was exactly as I would have expected. Brand new, unopened box, etc.

The experience was so good, that I just purchased the same camera again, with the exact same perfect experience. 5 stars!

Ordered the iPad 2021 12.9. ArrIved as promised and customer service was excellent when I queried an approx delivery date. More importantly the price was over £200 less than any other UK retailer.

I recently bought an iPad from them. They got the best prices. I called them before doing the purchase because it was my first time on this website so I wanted to know a bit more.
Emily Clarke and Sally Turner kindly informed me about all the shipment process and they kept me updated during all the steps.

Great customer service had an issue with the camera 11 months after purchase and parts and repairs covered no problem. Excellent communication from the team and kept informed of progress of refund.

I must admit I was very skeptical of this website but Sally in customer service answered all my questions quickly and very professionally and when I finally put an order through for a new Samsung phone on black Friday it arrived via DHL the following Wednesday, 3 working days later.
Brand new phone, all in order and with an extra UK plug thrown in for free on top of huge savings.
Don't hesitate to buy from them, I will be recommending them to all my friends and will be using them again in the future.

I saved almost £400 on a iPad Pro with Wow Camera and it arrived in less than a week! Their customer service was also very swift, helpful and reassuring when I emailed them. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Fantastic Experience.
I received a prompt reply to a pre sale question. Given the price of my item I was checking that it was in fact new and was assured the company only sold new items. Saved around £300 compared to other retailer prices. Slightly longer to wait on delivery but totally worth it. My item arrived and was as described. Fabulous service.

Very satisfied. I bought a Lens. Came after two days from Hong Kong. Brand new, secured well, cheaper than anywhere else. Good contact with support.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WOWCAMERA!

Do not be so gullible, you are told you are receiving a "BRAND NEW" Phone! You are not! You are being tricked, these phones are recycled/used phones. They will tell you they are brand new but this is false, what you will receive is a used phone made to look new with FAKE FACTORY SEALS! DO NOT BUY!

Always remember, if it's too good to be true, it usually is. That's what I thought when I saw the low prices advertised on wow camera. Before using I checked out the trustpilot reviews and I deliberately ignored the bad reviews. Big mistake..

To make absolutely clear, you are not getting brand new phones at a cheap price.
After placing the order, I received a phone call to confirm the order. I was told phone would come from Hong Kong, I did not mind, I said as long as it was brand new its OK.. I then had to wait over 10 days for phone, when it arrived it was a dirty USED phone in a dirty box with the stupid fake stickers pretending to be a new phone..
Rubbish. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for a refund and I still have not received the money I spent posting phone back to Hong Kong.

- I purchased an LG 5G phone from them.
- On their website, it says open to all UK networks.
- They sent the phone but it wasn't compatible with the UK network.
- LG confirmed that the phone is not a UK phone.
- I got back to them and they said they can't do anything due to 6 months warranty period (which is not true, it's 12 months).
- They have now removed the phone from their website.
- So be careful, they might send you something which is not compatible here, or you may not be able to use the warranty since it's purchased in the UK.
- Also, their base is in Hong Kong, you'll still have to go to Hong Kong to enforce UK laws.

I've used WOWCamera a number of times and always received a great service. First time you wonder why their prices are low and think there is a catch, but in my experiences, there's not. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered an S21 on the Saturday, arrived on Thursday. I didn't get the dispatch email, but customer support kept me updated via email when I reached out.

Good price, very good customer service, can't go wrong. Not the first time I've bought a phone from this website, won't be the last.

the service i got from wowcamera was extremley good very fast at messaging me back abd rember guys if they dont message back stright away its the time difference i think they close thursday sat and sun they emailed me everyday and couldnt be more helpful very honest company and really nice staff

Although delivery is slightly longer than a UK purchase the process is seamless and smooth. I’m now on my third order. All have been dispatched when expected and all arrived perfectly. One thing that is important is the ability to contact someone if you have questions or something goes wrong. They really excelled here, I had a question which was responded to very quickly with exemplary customer service. I can thoroughly recommend wowcamera

I brought a iPhone 13 pro max 256gb for £1,242
I was told it could be fake because it came from china but when I received it I took I to apple store and they told me it was 100% Authentic so I was very happy
It took about 2weeks to get to me..
wowcamera customer service team kept me updated with tracking details all the way up until I received it so I say BUY FROM WOWCAMERA WITH 100% CONFIDENCE

Ordered a phone from wowcamera with express shipping arrived a week later. And customer support are top notch ,updating me everytime there's a update from the shipping tracking. Would recommend.

Ordered a phone on Wed & with me by Sat even though they quote 7 to 10 working days and it was sent from Luxembourg!
Price was much better than anything on offer in the UK. I was suspicious initially but needn't have been.
