I ordered and paid for a product at the end of June. I followed up numerous emails to be told to be patient. Almost 6 weeks later I requested a refund as it is ridiculous to be waiting so long. I was told my refund will be processed minus restocking charges and other charges which were nothing to do with me. So when (or if) the refund goes through it will only be for a partial amount of what I paid. Disgraceful and unfair. Would not recommend this site at all

Since you are not accepting my return base on 2nd email I had returned product prior to 2nd email. Where are my products??

This wowmd site is a scam. The high score reviews were probably all fake. I would give this site a negative star if it's available. I tried to buy something but ran into a lot of issues. At checkout, while it tells me my Amazon default credit card doesn't work, it charged the card already; after using a new credit card, it changed the shipping address without warning. Now my both cards were charged. They advertise "24/7 support", but they don't provide it. Nobody answers the telephone for at least 12 hours when I tried. Customer service response to a ticket is convoluted - many emails saying the same thing. When I finally got a cancellation confirmation email, I saw that they charged me 5% restocking fee! Mind you, this order was never processed. Why is there a restocking fee?!

I ordered the Calluma Max product. It did absolutely nothing for me. Despite their 30 / 60 day guarantees splashed all over their website, it turns out that I am not entitled to a refund, because I ordered 3 bottles, and not just one. Furthermore, they don't even have a copy of my order on their website. I'm using the same email address I used when I placed the order, but their website tells me I've never placed an order with them. Go figure. In short, the product didn't work for me, misleading refund policy (be sure you read the fine print), and poor website.

UPDATE: I am writing these additional comments in response to your response to my Trustpilot review.

1. "After reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any order under the name "Annie." This may explain why you haven't been able to find an order on our website." Annie is the nickname by which I go, not my legal first name. as soon as I provided you (via Trustpilot) with my email address, you were able to locate my order. However, I COULD NOT LOCATE MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE, USING MY EMAIL ADDRESS I USED TO CREATE THE ORDER. I just checked now and once again, your website says there are NO orders associated with my email address.

2. "Additionally, we noticed that your review mentions an experience date of May 22, 2025, which is before the order was delivered." Actually, the experience date I posted was May 21, which was the date my order was placed. Obviously that is before the product was delivered.

3. I attempted to create a ticket with my inquiry, but I could not do so because YOUR SYSTEM COULDN"T FIND MY ORDER, and you can't create a ticket without that. Even following the link from your order confirmation email resulted in the same problem. That's why I wrote my review on Trustpilot.

It'd be nice if you acknowledged that there is at least some responsibility on your side, i.e., the website issues, instead of trying to imply that I posted a phony review.

The long and short of it is that I'm out $100 for a product that did nothing, I have two, full, unopened bottles that are useless, and I still contend that your website (as it was on the date I ordered) was not clear about the fact that the money-back guarantee only applied to single-bottle purchases.
