Wow carwash never fix any damage parts that happens inside the wash.I went there yesterday my first carwash and as soon i went in I folded my automatic mirror,and then the side spinning brush unfold one or the mirror and broke the automatic motor for that side,So they dont want to cover it.they shout check there camaras better?

I do not recommend this company. They will rip you off and say that the device was turned in, but wasn’t because they want that 1495 a month.. this company is a scam! I do not recommend it for any small businesses or large.. and if you do decide to work with them, stay away from AJ Rodriguez a senior account manager. The actions on my account can get himself sued. He close my account without my permission. I hope his boss reads this because he needs to be fired. I would not let my employee treat my customer the way he treated me.

Hey My wife and I decided to try this place out last year right at the beginning of the covid19 outbreak in. I am so happy we did as it was financially one of the best decisions we made. Using their program we eliminated the fees associated with credit card processing. That other company we were with was just milking us all the way to the bank. At present we only pay $49 down from $1000 we were paying with clover. Hey the service is not perfect but this company is always there for me at the right time.

My experience with WOW Payments has been amazing. Their team are professional and their services is the best! I paid a lot of money in transaction and processing fees, but since I found out Wow Payments I start to save a lot of money. Thank for the great service and always be able to us!

We wanted to try the service and were offered two months of a free trial. After just using it for less than two weeks, we have decided that this service does not fit our needs, so we canceled it by calling the agent and also emailing the cancelation review. Although the agent (Ksenia Prokudina) ignored our request and di nothing for that. So, as a result, we have been charged for not using their service. Ksenia also said that she will pick up the device herself or send someone - nobody showed up. When we called customer service they said that have never received the cancelation request and we were supposed to send the device ourselves. After receiving the mail label we have sent the device, but a month later we have been charged again.
Worst customer service, would not recommend. If you sign up with them it will be a nightmare for your business

Tried different merchant processor but Melissa is the most reliable and really delivered what she promised along with her team. Fast and solution oriented. Saved me a lot of money and always happy to assist!

I was tired paying thousands of dollars every year in transaction fees and processing fees. Once I found out about wow payments and how I could be saving all that money by paying $0 in fees I just had to sign up. Sounds to go to be true but I've been using wow payments for a month now and only regrets I have are that I didn't sign up sooner.

As a small business owner, finding a great payment company was a bit daunting. When a gentleman by the name of Kofi walked in and introduced Wow Payments, I immediately made the switch and have been happy with it ever since. Kofi Korang is very helpful; he’s always happy to answer questions and is very thorough. Overall, great service and a great representative and saving lots of money!

I've never left any feedback before but WOW payments are worth to be rated. I am not very good with changes and it was a huge step for me to switch the payment processing company for my business. I had a long discussion with a sales representative (Daniel if I am not mistaken) who explained me all the details of this service, was very patient and replied to all my questions (trust me I had a lot). Currently, I am absolutely satisfied with what I got, especially free processing and all the different forms of payment.

As a busy restaurant owner taking the time to get to things like merchant services isn’t easy. I was referred to WOW payments. Eric kept in touch with me during the entire process. He was able to save us a considerable amount of money over our current processor (my bank, who I thought I could trust) and he even provided new (and free!) terminals. Eric is very knowledgable and patient and we really appreciated all of his help during the set up period.

I’ve owned a small business for 3 years and have had 3 different merchant processors, but WOW payment has been much unlike from the preceding two companies I’ve done business with. Daniel and other members of WOW payments Solution team actually come to visit my business sometimes, and if I have any issue they get it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend that you consider working with WOW payments.
