This site sucks and has no real support agents to help solve issues
This site stole money from me with absolutely no solution other than the same bullshit ai automated responses through emails. I bought a bonus buy yesterday, the game crashed and I reloaded the game. The bonus round I paid for wasn’t resumed and I was never given back the money I spent. Support is ai trash and doesn’t give you any real answers or solutions and there are no real agents to speak with. Never again will I spend a dime here. Don’t waste your money.
